Will T-mobile be taking orders tomorrow at 5am? I just spoke to a representative who was completely clueless. Said to call back tomorrow after 10am.
all i see on Tmobile website is that a $200 downpayment with a $33.34 a month but i asked them this and they have no idea what the price will really be? kinda lame to just make you wait because it could be more a month?
Yeah. It’s going be bad pre order. Have you seen the discount they’re going on IPhone 12 pro/Max for this month? More than last one. Maybe they want people to return it lol.
i asked them this question too and it looks like depending on your phone for example like the XS Max is $550 and the extra $200 if you been with them for 5+ years i mean thats kinda leaning me to get it but idk? plus my wife's line is a JOD if the price is right i might do it but i might just also see what the black friday sale is.

Hi all, I plan to trade-in my 11 for the Pro max but I'm a little confused. I'm on EIP which I paid off half way now and I got monthly credit $14 from last trade-in for the 11.
The rep told me if I do trade-in with T-mobile I still got that credit. So here's the questions.
If I choose to do with T-mobile, I get $415 + loyalty $200 I still get the monthly credit from last trade-in for the 11.
If I choose to do with Apple, I get $350 + extra $150 but this choice do I still get the monthly credit? and is it possible that I still pay off my bill while I trade-in this 11 to apple for 12?
I'm about to do with Apple even tho I get less but don't have to worry about 30 monthly credit that this time if I trade-in it stated that I going to loose that monthly credit.

Nope. The rep kind of pointed you in wrong direction. You can’t trade in a phone still under EIP especially under your account while receiving credit. You will lose that promo credit after trade in. I mean you still can, but don’t scream afterward.
My suggestion is paid the iPhone 11 remaining balance off. Whatever balance credits remain will go to main base, meaning discount on your cell bill.
I don't recommend getting the free shipping if you're going to be wanting the phone anywhere close to launch day. I've made that mistake several times. I always order via customer service and tell them I want it overnight. I'll pay the extra $20.

Well I received my 12 on launch day with free shipping. Just saying.
i plan on ordering from apple and have an EIP receiving credits, can i still get the $150 trade in credit from apple even though i have an existing EIP i’m getting credits for ? i will pay the phone off and can still get the credits, just wondering about the $150 deal
How do I see updated information? The T mobile app still has orders I canceled so it’s obviously not up to date
Is the extra $150 from Apple for older iPhone trade-in just for a new line or can be also for upgrade to an existing line?
TMo had deal for 2 of the 12 Pro (including the Max) with Essentials Plan and two trade in with one line new activation for 100$ total/mo (45$ x2 service and 5$ net cost x2 = 100$ with credits for both phones), screaming deal and they took it off of the website about 3 hours ago. The trade in values were same as above message so if you traded two 11s you would get 850 each credit
Can you do multiple lines in the T-Mobile app? I don’t want to do three orders with three shipping charges

How early did preorders go live? Just checked out a 128 GB black Mini on T-Mobile site, signed EIP, order confirmation says estimated ship date 11/13-11/13.
