Also, for the love of God, don’t trust T-Mobile representatives for any relevant info. Just because they tell you something and sound confident, doesn’t mean there’s any truth to it.

hmm. I upgraded with JOD and had $0 downpayment for a 256gb 15PM. I paid $90 flat. I later upgraded my partner, without JOD, to a base 15; no downpayment, cost me $99.87 for some reason.

I have terrible credit and I’ve been late on my bill once this year. I’ve only been a tmo customer for a year, I started my account with them for the 14PM and my partner’s 13 mini. I actually don’t know how my partner’s upgrade was possible because she doesn’t have JOD. Not much of it made sense to me, I’m not complaining, just confused.

haha nope, I’m not even a man 😂 I’m just scared I’m going to get an email like “ope our bad, we’re canceling everything” and I will worry about this until there’s a new phone in my hands

I just with through T-Force on Twitter yesterday. Set to switch on my next billing period. If I recall correctly, I still qualify for the new promos because I’ve got a pending plan change within so many days.
Same but the system isn’t showing the plan switch. Spoke with a separate rep and they don’t even see it in the system.

I swear every time I try to make a quick change like this they always screw it up 😂
 
Anybody else trying to get one on launch at the store? I dont want that fair credit on anything but the monthly credits and seems like you can only get that if you get a phone in store and trade-in in store.
 
Card was just charged about an hour ago, mine has said 'running' since I placed the order yesterday. We should start the tracking numbers by Tuesday if not earlier because this is the earliest they have ever charged my card. It's normally Sunday Night or Monday morning...
 
Card charged for 2 orders yesterday but have only seen one tracking number for one phone (15 pro black 256) that I ordered with free shipping. Express shipping order (15 pro black 512gb), no tracking yet.

My card was charged for my two pro max’s this morning! So early this year. I feel like normally I have waited a lot longer for this to happen. 🤷‍♂️

I ended up needing the plan change to take effect immediately so I had another rep do that. It went through right away. Fortunately, no issues and all of my promos stuck. Did they get yours figured out?
