How did you cancel? I tried to do this and place a different order for another color, and both myself and a representative at T-Mobile couldn’t cancel it.
Ordered through Apple Store and was allowed to cancel. There is a window when it is allowed. Afterwards, there is no cancelation and you have to do a return.
 
On T-Mobile site, mine still says 9/20. Ordered 9/13. But I still don't see a pending charge to my CC nor any tracking info on UPS or anywhere else yet. Ordered a iPhone 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256 GB.
Welp, 6:00am Wednesday now and still no pending charge to my CC and no UPS tracking. Still shows as "processing" with ship by 9/20 on the T-Mobile site. :/

Just to add, I paid in full for mine and no trade in nor EIP (in case it matters).

If it makes you feel better, I’m in the same boat. Ordered on 9/13. Says ships by 9/20. No pending charge, no tracking. 256 GB 16 Pro Max in white ordered from the store.

This is my first year with T-mobile, but in prior years AT&T would come down to the wire.
 
I have a T-Mobile email this morning for taxes on my phone - with UPS My Choice still showing "Label Created". In looking at last year and at this year's orders directly from Apple - it looks like loads of phones just arrived in Louisville. It looks like UPS drops a bunch off in Jeffersonville for T-Mobile to slap on their tracking and then send them off.

I agree - it looks like they may move later today or tomorrow.
 
Yeah UPS My Choice shows T-Mobile shipment ready to ship. All other factors done: taxes and line activations paid, device return kit received.

Just checked my email and yesterday I got an order payment has been processed email for the taxes on my phone.

App still says Processing.

MyChoice is Ready for UPS

Also have an IMEI in my account assigned to me for my EIP, and status is Active-Shipped

question for you guys. I am upgrading 2 lines on my account (both from iPhone 13). I have magenta max plan which I switched to go5g plus (obviously monthly bill will go up a bit). In any case, long story short - I have 3 other lines on the family plan that were not due to upgrade, all those other lines are also getting some type of monthly promotion on equipment. I would like to switch one of the new iPhone's that will come on Friday with another line that's on my account that wasn't due for an upgrade- (family plan). The question is - is it possible "without screwing up" original promotion on the line that wasn't upgraded (existing line - something that has only been paid 12/24 months), meaning will the promotions just switch over between lines and stay connected to iphones that we have on the account? not sure if i am clearly explaining the concern...

Wooo! Got the CC charge email from T-Mobile at 3am. UPS label created as well though no pending delivery date showing yet, but hope it arrives tomorrow!

Just joined because I have been following this thread. Learned a lot. Thank you everyone. Anyways I have officially seen ups has my iPhone 16 pro and set to arrive tomorrow.
