I had to wait 24 hours for my account to unlock.

My plan is Go5G Next. 2 of my lines show as available for upgrade. If I select the 16 Pro Max 256GB, it allows me to trade in my 15 Pro Max 1TB and I can add the 16 Pro Max to the cart. If I select the 16 Pro Max 512GB, or 1TB (which is what I want), the site gets stuck on the confirm trade in page and will not proceed to the next page.

The site is still not working.
 
At this page it should show my trade in device make model and IMEI number at the top of the page. It flashes that information for a second then disappears. This is where the site gets stuck.

This only happens for the 512GB and 1TB model. If I try buying the 256GB it displays my trade in information.

I did it with Apple directly and it will ready for pickup at the Apple Store on Sep 20. I did it one time with T-Mobile and never more. Also, with Apple you get the iPhone unlocked.

I’m getting the same in the TMO app, on my iPhone, iPad, laptop, Safari, Chrome and Firefox. If I select the 16 Pro Max 256GB model, it includes my current iPhone‘s information for trade in and I continue to the cart.

If I select 16 Pro Max 512 or 1TB it does not include the trade in information and the page gets stuck and will not proceed past “agree & continue.” It sits at that page. I attached a screen shot in my prior post showing that my iPhone trade in information is missing at the top of the page.

Mine was doing this exact same thing. 16 Pro 256GB. Wound up calling them and placing the order over the phone
 
When did this happen to you? Yesterday or today? They still have not fixed the site in 2 days.
My experience has been weird. I wasn't able to upgrade at all yesterday using my yearly upgrade benefit. Today it let me use it but would get stuck so I just called them and they were able to do it. The site is still jacked. I'd give them a call and do it that way. Just be warned, it's a process lol
 
I just checked the T-Mobile web site and my phone is shipping out 9/20. I should get it either 9/21 or 9/23 (I'll be home on 9/23 because I work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays).
That most likely means you’ll get it on the 20th. It always says “shipping by (launch date)” and they arrive on launch day. I already have a tracking number on UPS.
 
No tracking number showing up on my mychoice as of yet but I still have a ship date of 9/20. I did however get a random charge for $45.67 (Tmobile*EIP PMT WEB) <---- does anyone else have anything similar to this? I dont have a charge for my down payment though.
 
Am on a 2 line + watch Magenta Max 55 plan. In the past I’ve had great upgrade offers from T-Mobile but this year and last suck. They are offering $430 trade-in value for my 15Pro vs. the $520 trade-in from Apple. “Upgrading” my plan to Go5G doesn’t make any sense as $20 increase in monthly plan cost is the same as the monthly finance cost of a 128GB 16 Pro from Apple. So just buying from Apple.

Never ordered via T-Mobile before (Go5G Plus 55) - and while I had issues pre-ordering on the web and tmobile app - I had a completed order a couple of hours after the window opened.

It's interesting to see last year's thread (https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...o-max-pre-release-orders-and-dispatch.2401268) where people were getting UPS My Choice tracking numbers starting the Monday before release day; shipping notices from tmobile on the Wednesday of launch week; and their phones on Friday (launch day).

I hope this year is a repeat! I've got the "ship by 9/20" notification - so fingers crossed.

There was a year where the T-Mobile systems were down and it was a struggle to get an order in.

I have only ordered through Apple since. Start the pre order process a few days before and it’s a 1-2 minute process on pre order day to check out. I go to my local Apple Store, pick it up during my lunch break and grab a case and screen protector. Such a smooth process

I noticed I had a tracking number at about 5am today the 14th only by checking UPS My Choice. I haven’t gotten any tracking/shipping notifications yet. My tracking info only states that a label was created in Jeffersonville IN and that UPS is waiting to receive the package.

Anyway, you better bet I’m going to be refreshing that tracking page hourly until it says “out for delivery” 😂

Taxes? I upgrades 2 iPhone lines on my plan and got charged taxes on both of them.
 
Got tracking in the UPS app. Glad to see this part going smoothly as per prior years. It’s just getting past TMo that can prove problematic lol
