So quiet in the T Mobile thread this year. I hadn't bothered to comment because my order was at 6 PM, not in the morning. T Mobile initially told me I hadn't been on GoNext or whatever it is long enough to qualify. But that night an agent called me and made it happen. White 256 Pro Max. It's listed as early October shipping.

Estimated to ship 10/02/2024 - 10/08/2024

I ordered right away on Friday and it has said Ships by 9/20 until now. I’m hoping it’s a mistake… more later.

The response:
“Don't you worry, that is an estimated data only just to set an expectations to our customer if ever the phones will not be delivered right away on the 20th, you will receive it within the first week of October..

Since you've made a pre-order, I assure you that you're in our top priority list so there's still a possibility that your order will be delivered within 09/20/2024 - 09/30/2024.”

Cancelled my black 16 PM for October 5-10. Reordered for the natural Ti and it will be here the 20th. Apple must have been lite on black units. This will be my first non- black iPhone.

How did you cancel? I tried to do this and place a different order for another color, and both myself and a representative at T-Mobile couldn’t cancel it.

Last monday I had AT&T fiber installed, at the same time I moved from T-mobile to AT&T for cell service...saving myself $15 a month....4 days later I migrated back to T-mobile

1) AT&T service was rubbish...so many times, with a 5G connection, I had no internet
2) No deals available for the iPhone 16 on AT&T

I'm on the Go 5g plus, and got $800 of a new phone. Says shipping by 9/20....currently

Received via UPS the return device kit from T-Mobile today. Then both lines received text saying credit applied each month. And got a processed email for the devices sales tax and line activation. Looks good for 9/20

Interesting that y'all are getting return device kits. I was told by the rep when I ordered my phone that I wouldn't be receiving one since they are "cutting waste". She also said I was unable to bring it to a store for a return (which I thought you were able to do in the past)

Not sure why they would think it’s cutting waste. If you bring it to the store they still have to ship it to their device warehouse. Strange.
