LOL! I'm right there with you. Of course my stomach is burning from some suspect nachos at a football game earlier, so since I can't sleep....LOL!
 
I'm getting the feeling they are just verifying our account information and making a note of what we want to order, but that these aren't the actual orders. Maybe they will officially get processed throughout the next day or so.

Nah, I have an actual order number.
 
Brahs, I'm pissed it didn't know about the free memory upgrade for JODers!!!!! WTH?!

Placing my order took exactly 1 hour. Called the business line and got through immediately, but my rep had to have been new. Sweet as she could be, but suuuuuper slow and cautious. The new iPhones weren't showing up on her system even with a refresh. Then she said their system was down for its nightly update (awesome timing). Then when it was up, she didn't know how to do JOD because the only option she saw was regular Jump!

So she called me back after talking to a supervisor. At this point, it's already 3:30. Fortunately finishing out my orders went quickly, but she said something about a downtime form? I should've asked, but her reply would've been a 5 minute spiel and I had to get back to work. Whatever the case, I have 2 order numbers so I think I'm good to go. It isn't like I don't have phones to use in the meantime, but hopefully they come quick!

Contemplating calling back and asking about the free memory upgrade, but knowing TMO that'll somehow mess up my current orders and I'll be pushed to the back of the order line lol.
 
Yeah, I got my order through online while holding for a rep.
Order status currently shows backordered, but hopefully that's just a placeholder till they figure it out.
 
Long hold time after the first rep told me to call back on the 25th. Rep was very polite and fast processed the order in less than 10 minutes. Said with JoD priority shipping I should have the phone on the 23 or 24th....yeah right.

Yeahhhhh. I'm just hard pressed to believe we would get our phones before people who ordered ASAP on Apple's site. Just seems weird.
 
Something weird just happened. I did an upgrade online, ordered a '6S Rose Gold 64GB' but now order page is showing '6S Silver 128GB' for the same price. Wut.

yeah lady on the phone says every model/size/colour shows as backordered no matter what till they have the inventory actually there. Last year was the same thing. till i got charged and a label made for me specifically it showed backordered.

On hold for 1 hour 10 minutes from T-mobile.
Have to call in 2015 because they don't have their jump on demand plan available online, and I'd like to save $125

If you are still awake I would recommend you to try again. I think the first few minutes were really busy, but it should be better now.

I actually had my work phone ( Verizon) called in to Customer Service as well. That one took 35 minutes and as SOON as the guy picked up he was ON his game. I hate to be one of "those" guys but the first rep was foreign and sounded completely unconfident. i didn't believe her when she said the systems were updating because there would've been a rain of fire and bloodshed coursing through these boards if propel had gotten similar messages but I wasn't aboit to argue with her at 4am in the morning.


This guy knew his stuff though, he even complimented me on knowing exactly what I wanted, he said that he'd spent 30 minutes with the last customer explaining the difference in Storage lol. Got my order placed through JOD in about 10 minutes and I'm in there!

He didn't give me any promises about getting it on launch but it's cool because I figure with ordering it early and through JOD I should be good for the 25th

I was ready to pay for at least one level of upgrade on my phones (16 to 64GB), but my rep confirmed it multiple times. That above thread from HowardForums posted this screenshot of a T-Mobile rep's notes:

That's great and all, but I would take that with a grain of salt. I spoke with a high level executive after emailing John Legere and this is the response I received.

"You will not have to pay another down payment to upgrade like-for-like on the memory variant. If you chose to upgrade to the higher memory variant (16 to 64, or 64 to 128), you’re just paying the difference between the two as you described"

I can't see them giving another $200 credit from 16 to 128 on top of the $200+ credit we got for JOD.

But hey, who knows?! Have a nice night/morning.

My rep let me do it. I was regular jump but I paid off my phone earlier in the day.
 
Anyone have longer hold time than me? I have the WORST luck in these things. 75 minutes now.

Apple's stock is different than the carrier's stock. Each carrier orders a set amount of phones and apple has their own stock. Hence why a phone ordered from Apple's site should come from Apple and one ordered through T-Mo should come from T-Mobile.

You should hang up. I got in immediatelly when it started. And I just called back about 20 minutes ago to ask about the memory upgrade and was only on hold about 10 minutes.

Yeah I was regular Jump, too, but went to JoD over the phone. I'd already paid my phone down to the upgrade eligibility level a few days ago in anticipation of today.
 
Was switching my phones over to JoD after waiting an hour and got disconnected. Sucks the reps don't call you back.
 
Anyone that has gotten a "free" memory upgrade, what did you say? I called and they had never heard of it.

I have already paid the 99$ fee before I heard about this.
