Very easy after waiting for 45 minutes. Went from 64GB to 128GB and only had to pay the difference of $100. This was confirmed multiple times leading up to the call, so no one is getting a free upgrade, that's why they asked for CC. But she just called me back and they checked with their bigger boss and they ARE doing this. So she upgraded us to 128GB models at no extra cost.
With Jump On Demand, we aren't paying an additional $99 or $199 down for this and we get two new 6S's for FREE!
She also said because we preordered within the first 48 hours with Jump On Demand, we will get our phones before September 25th.
