And they picked up literally after i posted that. They said it would ship next Thursday!

Ordered! Was on hold for 45mins. Ordered a 128gb 6s+ in rose gold. Was given an estimated date of the 25th for arrival. The only thing I just noticed is that I was quoted the $25 for next day shipping and I see some people had it included. Maybe she was just mistaken. She said all shipping information would be sent on the 17th. Waiting for the email to sign now.

Can someone post the email address they got the email from? Want to add it to my address book on gmail so it doesn't go to spam.

Hmmm, nothing from T-Mobile on email yet, but based on when you got yours, I should get something soon. I kind of want to see it in writing before I can slow down and try to sleep.
Yea gonna wait a little longer to see an apple email. Their site finally works now and I can see my order on there along with the app so I should be good but you never know.

After spending more than 58 minutes on hold the lady I just spoke too said that the systems were updating and that she couldNot process my preorder for several hours. WTF!?!?!!!?

I got my order through around 3:05am Eastern I called like 10 mins early and got my handset order number...I called back at 3:10 to make sure it all went through, and after a 35 min wait on phone the lady said my order has been processed right and now awaiting shipping. my expedited shipping was $24.99 lmao. I got the 16GB rose gold 6s+

I placed my preorder tonight. At first my rep said they weren't doing it and I placed our order for a 64GB Rose Gold 6S and 64GB Silver 6S+.

But she just called me back and they checked with their bigger boss and they ARE doing this. So she upgraded us to 128GB models at no extra cost.

With Jump On Demand, we aren't paying an additional $99 or $199 down for this and we get two new 6S's for FREE!

She also said because we preordered within the first 48 hours with Jump On Demand, we will get our phones before September 25th.

Good info for everyone!

Rep didn’t actually ask me for my cc for order, or even a downpayment for the 64gb JOD handsets…

Very easy after waiting for 45 minutes. Went from 64GB to 128GB and only had to pay the difference of $100. This was confirmed multiple times leading up to the call, so no one is getting a free upgrade, that's why they asked for CC. I also confirmed with Jon Freier over email two days ago.

No shipping fees or taxes - I did get priority access for shipping. She told me the orders are manually entered and I should be receiving an email within 24 hours. I did get my confirmation number on the phone.

And lastly - she said I would be mailing my current phone back and I wouldn't have to go in store.

Ordered Silver 128Gb 6S+. I was on hold for 40 minutes. Signed up for JoD on the spot and got FREE NEXT DAY shipping according to the rep. I haven't seen the confirmation e-mail to sign yet though.

Phone ordered after 55 minutes on hold! Told me phone could come the 25th, or there could be a 2-3 week delay. Didn't get an order number, or anything. Not even asked for a shipping option.

Hmmmm....they told me that the only one that was zero down was the 16GB. I wish I had seen this before I ordered! I would never use 128GB (I don't even use anywhere near my 64) but I would've liked to get it without paying $99 down!

Trust me bud, there is no reason to order the 128 if you are not going to order it, you pay more for something you won't keep and is hard to sell for any sort or money back. I learned this from the phone I ordered last year,

Ok. I got through and got a representative. It took a few minutes to go over the details. Ordered two iPhone6s with jump on demand. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which I wasn't expecting, but I thought ok, considering it covers both phones. I'm fairly hopeful that phones will arrive at or soon after launch day.

Ya, if you have JOD, you're not actually placing the order now, they'll call back in 1-2 days.

I can't believe I'm also going from 16GB 6/6 Plus to 128GB 6s/6s Plus for the same $15/$19 month! That's just crazy awesome! Good thing I didn't originally place a downpayment for the higher-capacity models of the 6 and 6 Plus in anticipation of getting the newer iPhones of the same capacity.

You had to be a Jump On Demand customer that took advantage of the iPhone 6 promo where you got one in the last month. I'm currently on a 64GB iPhone 6+ and upgraded to a 128GB iPhone 6S+ for no cost.

My wife is the same only she has a 64GB iPhone 6 and is getting a 128GB iPhone 6S.

I ordered the 64gb and they charged me 99.

So now I'm on the phone waiting to ask them about this. Did you just ask for a free memory upgrade?

Worst representative ever. On hold for 48 minutes. Then she keeps putting me on hold and repeating the same information telling me it's being processed. It's now an additional 30 minutes and still nothing. Get it together T-Mobile!

PS: I asked 3 times about the free upgrade from 16 GB to 64 GB and she keeps saying "Yes, it'll be $99."

If you are still awake I would recommend you to try again. I think the first few minutes were really busy, but it should be better now.
