I was told by the rep that the memory upgrade was only for those already on JoD.
Weird. I already had JoD but they said they didn't know anything about it.I was told by the rep that the memory upgrade was only for those already on JoD.
i think she erred on the sales tax. my rep was initially going to charge me sales tax, but then took it off and said it would be charged monthly...I just got off the phone with T-mobile rep. She was fairly quick. The whole call lasted about an hour. Got three phones with JOD. 2 6plus S and 1 Regular 6s. Interestingly, she got my credit card number and charged me sales tax on all three phones up front. Strange. But who knows. Maybe she doesnt know what she's talking about. Maybe she was processing an EIP? Not sure
If this was answered, apologies.I talked to a T Mo associate today and they confirmed the phone will be mailed to your residence.
So just to confirm, if I am already a T Mo customer and not a JOD customer I can sign up, preorder iPhone 6S, receive it, and then sell my current iPhone? (Which I bought full price)
Make sure that you didn't get put on JUMP and it is, in fact, JUMP on Demand. JUMP requires sales tax up front. On demand there isn't any (they say it's caluclated monthly, but I purchased in a state with no sales tax and the numbers are exactly the smae).I just got off the phone with T-mobile rep. You got an email? I havent gotten one yet. I was already calling at 11:50, and got through around 12:05 so I should have been among the firstCall in to get iPhone 6s Plus. Go through the whole transaction, end call. Get confirmation email, its for an iPhone 6s despite her saying 6s Plus the entire time. Have to call back and wait another 40 mins to be told the system won't let her do anything and I have to wait 24 hours...lord. :eyeroll:
You should hang up. I got in immediatelly when it started. And I just called back about 20 minutes ago to ask about the memory upgrade and was only on hold about 10 minutes.
Who has received the EIP email already? I haven't and put my order in at 3:01am EST. And after calling back, they tell me that EIPs won't go out until the 17th.
That's not right.
