The order seemed sketchy, took my card number, and like in 2 seconds said my phone was ordered. Lol maybe it's just too good to be true.

Just called - trying to make the switch to T-Mo from Verizon and they told me to call back in two hours since we don't have a number with them yet and their activations department isn't ready until then?

I haven't share this yet, but I think I got an extra exceptionally good deal too. I'm just waiting for the email to come in so I can see it in writing before I get too excited. All I can say for sure is that T-Mobile rocks! I am switching over from AT&T and I absolutely love them already...

Ya, if you have JOD, you're not actually placing the order now, they'll call back in 1-2 days.

I can't believe I'm also going from 16GB 6/6 Plus to 128GB 6s/6s Plus for the same $15/$19 month! That's just crazy awesome! Good thing I didn't originally place a downpayment for the higher-capacity models of the 6 and 6 Plus in anticipation of getting the newer iPhones of the same capacity.
I guess it depends on the rep you get. I asked my rep twice and they even put me on hold but didn't find any information regarding that.

You had to be a Jump On Demand customer that took advantage of the iPhone 6 promo where you got one in the last month. I'm currently on a 64GB iPhone 6+ and upgraded to a 128GB iPhone 6S+ for no cost.

My wife is the same only she has a 64GB iPhone 6 and is getting a 128GB iPhone 6S.

Ohhhhhh. So you were already JoD? I was just regular Jump. That makes more sense.

Just got through, got an AMAZING rep named Brian. After 35 minutes on hold, and explaining my situation to him, he had me setup and done in 10 minutes, and I was even able to get the free upgrade from my iP6+ 64GB to the iP6S+ 128GB at no additional charge (per the recommendation from the Howardforums link - You just have to ask for it!!). And I'm still locked in at my $19 promo rate from the previous phone, and he was kind enough to waive the next day shipping due to getting disconnected, and he said it should arrive on (or maybe even the day before) launch day, so I owed NOTHING today, but he took the CC number just so it's in the system. SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!

Off to bed now, as it's 4am here!

Edit - Just checked my email, and already have my EIP. Finishing that up right now too!

Correct. The activations department doesn't open until 6am EDT. That's why I went in to a store earlier tonight and activated two lines in advance of the pre-order.

Got through after 30 min hold. Was told at 2am that their systems would be down for several hours and would I like a callback around 8am. I said ok but called back after I snagged a pair from Apple Store around 3:15. Got a 128gb silver 6s+ jod. Looking forward to receiving the phones. Super helpful CSR -$6.99 shipping

There's no way they're not charging for a storage capacity upgrade.

If you got the original JOD offer you're already saving $200+ and if you go from a 16GB to 128GB that's another $200 credit you're getting without the down payment.

I definitely think everyone will be getting charged the upgrade.

Got my order in after 40 minute hold. The rep said they are in Albuquerque, New Mexico and have more than 6,000 calls on hold. She said it was a great overtime opportunity for them since they are not usually open that late.

I had a pretty awesome rep and she did my JOD order on the phone right there. I wasn't a previous JOD customer I was EIP and pay off/keep my phones etc. I did have to pay the 99.99 + tax (54-55 bucks) which isn't charged till my phone is shipped. So not sure what the deal is with these upgrades to 128gb. She should have mentioned it, she was very swift and knew the Jump reg and JoD **** down pat for phone ordering. The first rep I had was total sketch and terrible and didn't even call me back.

Maybe that's for only existing JOD who are jumping to a new device.... no idea.

getting paranoid, no email and nothing showing on my account.

just go to sleep, silly, she tells herself

Quick question everyone, I'm currently a T-Mobile customer can I sign up for JOD thorough the phone? Thanks in advance.

I was ready to pay for at least one level of upgrade on my phones (16 to 64GB), but my rep confirmed it multiple times. That above thread from HowardForums posted this screenshot of a T-Mobile rep's notes:

If they're offering it, I'm taking it!

Worst representative ever. On hold for 48 minutes. Then she keeps putting me on hold and repeating the same information telling me it's being processed. It's now an additional 30 minutes and still nothing. Get it together T-Mobile!

PS: I asked 3 times about the free upgrade from 16 GB to 64 GB and she keeps saying "Yes, it'll be $99."

Ok, after the 5th time of asking, she apologized and said that I will be getting the free upgrade. I was very polite about it.

Long hold time after the first rep told me to call back on the 25th. Rep was very polite and fast processed the order in less than 10 minutes. Said with JoD priority shipping I should have the phone on the 23 or 24th....yeah right.

I'm getting the feeling they are just verifying our account information and making a note of what we want to order, but that these aren't the actual orders. Maybe they will officially get processed throughout the next day or so.

I wouldn't worry too much. My rep said it will be up to 24 hours to receive an email because they are entering everything in manually.

55 mins on hold, got one of the greatest reps I've ever spoken to. In less than 10 minutes, she ordered a 6S 64GB in SG. They'll charge me the downpayment which was $99 when the phone ships. Said I can turn in my 6 within 14days from receiving the new device via mail or store (my preference). Device should arrive on the 25th. She stated that T-Mobile will receive inventory on the 17th, and start preparing shipments to meet the 25th.

I'm still half asleep, so this may all be a dream. I'll await my confirmation email. I did get an order confirmation text at request.

That's exactly what they are doing.
