all JOD upgrades with $0 down. Hoping that internal memo proves to be true and payments remain the same despite the increased memory
 
Anyone here from Texas and waiting on a phone if so what size, color and gb did you opt for and when did you place your order?! I'm experiencing mixed emotions right now


Dallas! I preordered 2:35AM CST or 12:35PST a 16GB Space Grey 6s plus using Jump on Demand. My order shows as shipped so I should be receiving it Friday. I have two friends who preordered same time for same color but 64GB 6s plus and 128GB 6s variants who should be getting theirs Friday as well.

I know I'll be getting it Friday (I hope) but I can't help checking my tracking # hoping I'll be that lucky one to get it earlier.

Will it be better to have UPS deliver the phone or pick it up at local UPS store? Will the UPS store have it when the store opens on friday?
I got the overnight shipping

I think it depends on if you have a local UPS distribution center near you? For me, if I want to pick it up that AM, the only place I can do it is 45 minutes away. If I want it to go to a local UPS store closer to me, it delays pickup by 1 day so I just have them deliver it at work. Could just be my location (Dallas, TX).

Went into a t-mobile store. T-Mobile confirmed to me that they are getting the Apple Watch soon. The lady read me part of the memo, but the memo doesn't state a date when it will be coming to T-Mobile.

Excited.

Unless the clowns put it in the system for UPS Ground, like me. Then, it will be Monday for me -- unless they start shipping tomorrow.

Lady on the phone said lots of people are getting UPS ground, but UPS has instructions to transfer it to overnight. I asked this question the other day.
 
This isn't true... T-Mobile is using "UPS Next Day Air Saver" and shipping on the 24th for many orders. This is a next business day delivery service, aka "overnight shipping".
I paid $14.99 for expedited, and mine is shipping Ground. They credited me the $14.99 this morning and said "oops, sorry."

I'm Dallas too and I hope I get mine Friday if not shortly afterwards but I ordered on 9/15 @12:30ish a 6s Plus RG 64gb with it being so popular I have no clue when I will see it
 
JUMP v1 = Financing for 24 months, tax deposit, upgrade every six months.
JUMP v2 = Financing for 24 months, tax deposit, upgrade after 50% of device paid off.
JOD = Leasing for 18 months, payoff due at end, no deposit, upgrade three times a year.

JUMP! stands for Just Upgrade My Phone!



Financing and leasing on T-Mobile comes out to the same price. It is not like a car where leasing ends up being an inflated price of the product. Both methods are also interest-free as a courtesy of having wireless service with T-Mobile.



T-Mobile is not doing "overnight shipping," but "expedited shipping." Know this, just so you can set proper expectations for yourself and not get pissed if you see it ship on Thursday and you happen to get it on Monday or something.

I think you might have some facts wrong.

Leasing in the case of the iPhone 6s on JOD means you receive a $7 credit off your bill and a Payoff at the end that equals a $126 discount after 18 months of paying your lease (you still have to pay the full tax on the device though). While financing for 24 months has zero credits and you end up paying the full retail cost of the device including tax.

Everyone who leased under JOD is getting "Free Overnight Shipping" per your my.tmobile website, look it up yourself. On UPS' website it's listed my type of delivery as "Next Day Saver", which is essentially over night. This is not the same as expedited shipping.
 
Arghh!!! T-mobile called me today and said there was a problem with my CC. It had tripped the fraud alert yesterday and I immediately called and they said it was all good. Now I get the call today and they run the number on the phone and say that it is good. Nothing has charged yet and still no update.
 
I originially placed my order on the 12th but then had errors, cancelled it the next day. Waited and debated on placing an order, ordered on the 18th.

So far I have chatted with them to ask about splitting but they said since the order was already being processed that they couldn't split the tracking.

I have a number for a office of the president rep who helped me place my order so I might check with her to see if there is a way to get it done. Her or maybe one of the fine folks on twitter.
 
If you paid for "overnight" shipping, you should probably get your money back, since T-Mobile is supposed to be sending every pre-order via overnight shipping (UPS Next Day Air Saver).

That's sucks bc I just left ATT I live in San Antonio TX and outside the city I got no service, like it read no service! Im going to see how this band 12 works if not im going to return my phones and go back to ATT

I'm interested in knowing how Tmobile works in San Antonio, both inside and outside the city (band 12 or not). I'm in Cali but my father lives there and I am thinking of getting a phone for him on my tmo account. He's getting old and I worry about him running around without a cell phone. I'm just not sure what t-mobile's service is like in San Antonio. Would you mind posting a follow up on this thread (or PM me) once you've tested it out there? I'd greatly appreciate it! :D

I was visiting in May. I had my 6+ and a T-Mobile LG G4. The G4 connected to band 12 fairly often, but it wasn't much stronger indoors than LTE. HSPA+ and of course EDGE were both noticeably stronger than band 12 LTE, so I'm not convinced by it being so amazing just yet. Band 12 was in the city for a number of months before, so I figured everything should've been better tuned. FWIW, I wasn't checking too often, so band 12 may work better in other places.

I heard from a few stores I called that they likely wont have any 128gb's but they should have 64gb's and 16gb's. The one I got last year was the SP 64gb 6.

Oh wow. Wish the stores near me did. When I went to get my 6, no store within 50 miles had anything higher than 16GB's.
 
I got an email yesterday about my financing agreement changing, with an IMEI number attached to it (in store they told me $22.97, but, this is $23.97, which makes more sense), I got another email late last night that my payment was complete, and today when I go to mytmobile it shows "Shipped"! but, no tracking number yet. So, I'm sure it'll arrive friday.

I pre-ordered a 6s 64GB space grey on the 16th (JOD).

Just got a charge alert for my second order. That order consisted of a 6s 16gb RG .. Placed on 9-16 around 6pm est

I just checked the status of my order and it is showing this:

I called and they said that my order is partially backordered. They can't split the shipment without cancelling and creating a new order. I thought they had plenty of stock of the 6s gold in all sizes so one can only wonder what the hold up is. Anyone else's order look like this?

I noticed they upgrade the shipping dates for pre orders placed today online at T-Mobile too. Yesterday a few of the higher ones were showing 2-3 weeks. Now they show by 9/25.
