Hats off to the T-Mobile crowd. Your preorder thread is several times the size of the larger carriers. You guys are way hardcore. Much respect.

It was the EXACT same thing last year. That T-Mobile thread for the 6/6+ was almost 1000 pages.

Same issues too

I didn't have any trouble ordering from T-Mobile. Though I'm on an old JUMP plan and don't intend to move to JoD as it wouldn't serve my purposes.

I ordered in store on the 12th when they opened. I have no idea why but it was cheaper in store than online. Perhaps the way they were charging for shipping? Don't know but it was about a $15 difference I think.

I was promised a bill credit but now all reps are denying ever seeing it in the notes... I'm really ticked off :/ I should receive a followup call from the person who is going to apply the bill credit on the 10th so we shall see.

They record those calls. Did you get their name, time, and date for the call?

I'm not a JoD customer, I have her old JUMP program. This was a regular upgrade not a JUMP. I'd paid off my 6 and sold it already.

I get the exact same thing! I'm JOD

Weird how some people are getting delivery dates for tomorrow. I have no idea... I know I am expecting mine the 25th. If I got it sooner I'd be massively surprised.

I haven't been following it too closely, but I think maybe most of those whose delivery date shows tomorrow just received a tracking # today or UPS just updated with their label today. I believe the first time it shows up in their system, their software just calculates the delivery date based on the delivery type (overnight). That's how mine worked. I got my tracking on Sunday and since it's overnight shipping, the UPS site said it would be delivered by end of day Monday. Of course, that was not the case... I wish though! LOL

My "expected to ship by 9/24" order is still processing. No movement at all, no credit card charges. Getting a little worried, anyone here with the same?

64GB Rose Gold Plus.

Have my shipping info finally populated in UPS tracking page/app. order processed/ready for UPS. 1.3 lbs, sitting in Louisville right now.

It tells me estimated delivery is TODAY lol (i know they're holding them and this won't actually happen)

question, did any regular JUMP buyers receive an updated EIP? last year this did not happen that I remember, and I haven't gotten one this year either, but shipping is proceeding as normal.

My EIP has been showing on the website since the day they charged me which was on Monday. Am I understanding the question?

What are your bets?
Are all iPhones actually gonna shop from Louisville on 09/24?
Seems like a big target if someone wanted easy money.. Or I'm guessing Apple would just prevent the iPhones to be activated? Hum in that case that'd be smart to just have 1 huge warehouse.

It doesn't feel super efficient coverage wise.
T-Mobile knows where their customers live, and probably something like 25% in CA, 25% on east coast, etc...
Shipping everything from Louisville would be slower to delivery than splitting it per state (or coast) the day before.

I think I should expect mine on Saturday/Monday even though label has been created since forever

I'll bet some aren't in Louisville. We are just seeing the ones that are due to our proximity in location maybe? I bet some people will see theirs move tomorrow... Later today I mean, others won't until Thursday.

It's a guessing game right now.

This shouldn't matter at all, think of the massive distribution centers amazon has and how many millions of things get shipped every day from distribution centers that companies have. If your phone is in Louisville right now you'll get it Friday unless you don't live in the states. UPS does this for a living lol.

Yeah, they're not shipping until the 24th I believe. I got charged Saturday, got my shipping info Sunday, and according to US I was to receive it the 22nd because of the label. But that's just the date it automatically is put in system unfortunately. Wish it were sooner!

I work in the IT product distribution business and previously worked for a freight forwarder. I've seen on other threads and the main site that people who ordered directly from Apple are seeing tracking details originating in China. I suspect orders coming through carriers may be shipping to the US with various freight companies and then handed off to Tmobile to ship through UPS. Most freight from Asia is not handled by UPS and Fedex planes, instead it's moved on cargo flights operated by China Airlines, Eva Air, Korean, etc. My previous employer handled Apple products for a few new product launches.

Getting a tracking number and notification that your label was created only means that T-Mobile has assigned and preprinted a label for your order. It's not an indication of when the package will ship. Bummer.

Yeah, I hope that the early order, JoD status, cc charge, tracking number and assurances from reps will mean that I get my phone Friday, but I'm not sure if that hope is realistic or forlorn.

And is it just me, or does anyone else think Legere is INSANE for just announcing a new incentive right before the product launch? I kind of get the feeling he snuck away from his personal assistant/handler/lithium dispenser and jumped on Twitter when no one was looking.

I can also imagine that late last night in the middle of the t-mobile corporate headquarters bleary eyed executives looked at the alert on their phones from Legere's twitter feed and silently reached into their middle desk drawers to pull out a bottle of bourbon and a tall glass.

Yea but threw past experience with tmobile the chance of u getting your phone on launch day is good otherwise I can't see them just printing labels without having a idea to when the item will ship
