lol yeah, i'm not sure why people are STILL worried. If you have a tracking number it's as good as shipped. It's leaving the building soon. It's not like when we send packages, where we might make a label and then not get around to dropping it off right away, this is a business. last year after all the hemming and hawing, I got my phone at launch. You guys will too.
So, I signed up for 5 lines of service in store on 9/18. They couldn't order me the 5 phones because of technical difficulties at the store when entering my CC ( billing address issue ). I had to leave the country Saturday and got back yesterday. Instead of going to the store, I called tmobile and they explained the situation. The Rep asked if they could call me back. 10 minutes later I received a phone call asking what phones I would like, 2-128gb RG 6s, 2-64GB 6s, fifth line nothing as I have an unlocked 5s. They said phones are in stock and placed the order. 5 minutes later I got another call asking to sign the Agreement and submit. 5 minutes later my AMEX was charged. Just received my tracking for all phones scheduled for Overnight delivery. My question is since I am a new tmobile customer, what should I do in regards to my old phones. 1 gold 128gb 6 is paid off thru Att next, 1 64gb 6 is half way paid, 1 32gb 5s is half way paid, 1 32gb iPhone 5 is paid off. Should I trade them to tmobile and get on jump on demand, or regular jump.

this affected me too but that was because their systems were down. Clearly their systems are no longer down. tmo ships phones every day. idk if these are new customers worried about this, or what, but it really is time to calm down once you have tracking. A label is created, you have overnight shipping, and release is Friday. It's coming Friday.
Tmobile does ship phones every day, but the experience of others is also that they seriously screwed the pooch last year with the iP6 launch. But I'm still cautiously optimistic. Thanks for the encouragement.
I had tracking very early last year as I do this year and last year I woke up to tracking still being at "label printed" on launch day and had to drag myself to the store so to have the phone on launch day like I wanted so stop spewing bs.
my experience isn't "bs". I bought a 6 last year, and they were in bigger supply maybe? But please, just go to the store this year too then if you're this worried. No need to give yourself an ulcer. You made the decision to do it online again this year.
Mine isn't doing anything either 6s Plus RG 64gb. I hope it moves though and fast
EIP is the installment plan. The one they have us sign, those that ordered in store shouldn't receive this not that I know on butt those that ordered on mytmobile or via telephone should have received and EIP via email now if they update it like they do for JOD customers is something I cannot answer sorry.

i ordered the same thing but on the 15 and all they told me was early november
So I ordered the RG 6s Plus 64gb on launch day. 9:00amEST. It saying its backordered until Oct. Last two reps from Tmobile said it shouldn't be backordered(since I preordered on the first available day) and told me to wait to see if the shipping time changes. No change today. Am I the only one with this issue? Seems like everyone who preordered the first day is getting it release day
I'm not sure how some people got their phones early.
I am sure normal people like us will not get the phones till 25th...........it may be the reviewers who they have sent the phones early for reviews

Mine is because I'm out of work with Crohns disease and I'm taking a break from the addicting medication. Add in excitement for a new device, shake and stir... Voila! No sleep.
Ordered on 9/18 didnt get anything until 9/20 saying "S00XXXXXXX is being processed" now its 9/23 Still nothing....
