Yeah when she told I was like no way that phone on backorder but we tracked it and all her info was there. It had to be a glitch in the system that she benefited from.

I'm so frustrated! I pre ordered iPhone 6s Plus rose gold 64gb on 9/14/15. Just called customer service they are saying 6-8 weeks! What's the point of preordering!! Ugh!
What does the explorer page say for you?? I'm with you what the point of preordering cause this is a bunch of
 
I just got off the phone with T-moble... not too happy. I ordered 6s+ SpaceG 64GB on Monday 9/28 was told it was going to be overnighted and would take no longer than 2 days. After not receiving a shipping notice I contacted them and they were saying that it is not going to be that soon and to have to wait 2-4 weeks!!!
Please let this not be a reality. I can't wait this long!! o_O:(:mad:

My girlfriend feels the same way. It stings because we were told there would be no wait, and we could have just gotten any other color at the time (9-19). In the mean time, we're having to pay ATT and have spent a ton of time on the phone with TMobile for next to no gain because the local store is incompetent.

This is just unreal when I ask the reps about the explorer site they say oh those are just estimates they are subject to change. I'm like duh they have changed so what does the change mean??! No one can answer that but a guy on the ERT team said he would have someone call me every 72hrs and a customer service rep said she would call me Saturday just to give me any update possible. This is too much
 
If I had a order that was going no where and my local store had the phone I wanted in stock, I'd be over there ASAP and get it. You can always cancel the other order. Although I don't believe T-Mobile can cancel after a shipping label is created. You have to refuse the shipment or something like that.

My sister placed an order on 9/18 with estimated delivery of November. She wants to cancel and was told she couldn't. Label hasn't been created and estimated delivery is still November. She was told to refuse shipment.
