T-Mobile: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread:

Well... TMobile has managed to mess up my Pre-order 3 times in a row...(1st order not found, 2nd order incomplete and incorrect model, 3rd got cancelled - no reason) 4th time will be a charm ?

Amazing...is all I have to say now..
 
My order status page doesn't show anything as well but says as of 9/14 it will take 24-72 to show up. I had to reorder Monday 9/14

Yea I called cust service and contacted tforce and they both say my place in line was not moved but I'm not too confident because they gave me a lot of wrong info so far

Exact same story I got. Oh, you will keep your original place in line (Originally ordered via phone at 12 midnight). But they would also say, we have no clue when you will get your phone.
 
Yeah I'm not too sure I'm getting mine delivered on launch day, I'm just going to stand in line at tmobile if I don't have a delivery day of Friday lol, that $75 restocking fee is going to suck though.

I've only been charged re-stocking fees if I buy from the store. When I buy online and have it shipped I always get a full refund.

One of the reps told me they will start shipping them out on the 21st and I will get it by the 25th but with all this mess going on I wont be waiting in excitement

You have to mail it back. They do send you a pre-paid label, and refund any shipping charges you paid when buying it. Also, no re-stocking fee when ordered online.

If you bought it in store and like to return/exchange it for a different model/color, a $50 re-stocking fee applies.
 
Just checked UPS app and this came up, estimated for this Friday? Could it possibly be true? Is it even the iPhone, haven't ordered anything else so I'm not expecting nothing other than the iPhone, this is crazy

Isn't amrapur overseas a bedding company? Not the iPhone.

does anyone have a band 12 700mhz spectrum tmobile network vs the regular tmobile network review? i would really like so see the real difference between the two with two phones side by side. this is the main reason im doubly excited for the 6s
