Sweet, that's good to know. Probably going to the store on launch day and purchase then.FYI I just chatted with T-Mobile and you can cancel your order or return / deny your order and no harm. It's not an actual contract we are signing, just an agreement.
Status: Ready to ship by 9/24/2015
Status: Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20
I have these two statuses on two phones. not sure why they are seen as separate? Two things concern me (jesus tmobile has complicated preordering):
1. Ready to ship by 9/24? Are they not going to arrive at 9/25? What is going on, they receiving the phones from apple, and turning around to ship them to us?
2. on that 9/20 one... I ordered saturday, have a very low "S" number, and still cannot get a basic 6s+ on time? Did Tmobile play favorites again? ugh.
For my own curiosity, what do you mean by "very low "S" number"?I have these two statuses on two phones. not sure why they are seen as separate? Two things concern me (jesus tmobile has complicated preordering):

1. I'm guessing that's how all operators work?
I would guess they're all shipped overnight? In the past I don't believe there was a difference in how carriers handled it and apple, correct me if I'm wrong
2. Right now we are only receiving generic status "updates". I think every single person ordering an iPhone received the same message, not depending on the order number but on he iPhone you ordered (some are in more demand than others as you can guess).
I'm guessing they're just taking it easy, and will only provide another update when they actually get the quantities from Apple?

Mine was s00607###, in case you wanted to compare.oh I don't have access to it at the moment but my S numbers for both 6S and 6S+ orders fell well into the 'first wave' based on tmobile guestimates. they are like order #s. I think a binning happens later though, based on their weird as hell jump rules as far as phone allocations go.
Edit: Oh I see you have a 6s on the way, but it is Rose Gold. It's going to work out![]()
Super irritated right now. :-/

Pretty much all of T-Mobile's plus models are delayed. Sorry to hear that.
And why are you irritated? For all you know, on 9/20 you might find out that your iPhone will be delivered a week later. Or maybe it will be delayed a little longer. At any rate, we're finally getting updates from T-Mobile and that is a reason to be happy, not irritated.
I'm just so tired of the back and forth and up and down with them. There's lots I appreciate about T-Mobile, but THIS is a mess.
who has claimed to have been charged or had a label created? im pretty sure neither of those things happen untill the day before it actually ships
I think they just don't know whether they'll get enough 6S Pluses to meet their orders, so they're waiting to see what the final delivery numbers from Apple will be. But weird that they don't know that at this late date.

Same here. 224 order. My iPhone 6 pre-order was also a 224 order and i received it on launch day. I dont think there is anything to worry about.
You need your order number (S06xxxxxx or 224xxxx) and shipping Zip. I don't believe it works if it doesn't start with S.
