If all fails I'm going to the store on release day, and buying the phone then. I'll just refuse the package.

See still nothing and I ordered the phone on the 15th.

Should I be worried whenever I go to look up the status of my order nothing shows up. I have signed the EIP agreement and have gotten a conformation that my order had been placed. I ordered a gray iPhone 6s 64 Gb from T-Mobile. I placed my order on the 15th.
Were in the same boat. Nothing showing for me, ordered Sunday.

I wonder what happens if people refuse delivery when they start new Jump/JoD contracts? Technically you signed a contract so I'm not sure what would happen!

unless you're leaving the country shortly after launch (no shade, my coworker had this issue last year), I'm not sure what the big deal is anyway with waiting a bit. I wouldn't risk it with JoD.

Very true and a a very good point.

For all of us in the "We'll find out more on 9/20" crowd, we need to remain patient until we hopefully learn more on 9/20 or 9/21. Calling or emailing the Executive Team on this particular subject right now does not do us any good nor does it allow them to use their time wisely, which could be better spent addressing all of the legit problems out there such as wrong orders, people's orders lost and perhaps most important of all, spending their time trying to figure out how to fix their badly broken order process and how they work with and communicate with their customers during said ordering process.

Let's face it: rumor has it that Apple might be having supply chain issues for the 6s Plus and it appears it might be true. Apple anticipates these things and they have a remarkable ability to recover from these types of speed bumps. T-Mobile probably doesn't know what the status is and Apple will tell them as soon as they're able. I think we should all remain patient right now and let the process sort itself out over the next 3-4 days.

I completely agree. ERT called me yesterday, and they are swamped with calls and emails.

My order was placed as a JUMP! upgrade and not as JoD as I originally wanted. He wanted to place a second order for, without cancelling my original and place it in priority, but I told him I didn't want to take someone's turn in line if I already have one phone in queue. We agreed to sort it out once I receive my order. What we plan to do is to "return" the phone as "buyers remorse" and do a JoD order at that point, even if the JoD order takes longer than the JUMP! 14 days of buyers remorse return window.

Well that's a pleasant change I finally have some info. But looks like the rose gold will mess up my phone also

Ok folks, it's very apparent where we're at with confirmed orders in regards to the 6s and 6s Plus. There's no need for people to extend this thread with continual updates on something we already know. Please refrain from posting an order status update until there is some new info that is worth discussing.

I'm not posting this towards any one person, rather, it's for all of us.

FYI I just chatted with T-Mobile and you can cancel your order or return / deny your order and no harm. It's not an actual contract we are signing, just an agreement.

As for my five devices, this is how it stands. Notice how the 6s' are ready to go, but the 6s Pluses are waiting on Apple, even though my first one has a lower order number and completed* on that Saturday.

Order Number: S00612xxxx: Apple iPhone 6s Plus - Silver - 128GB, placed 9/12, completed 9/12
Order Number: S00627xxxx: Apple iPhone 6s Plus - Silver - 128GB, placed 9/12, completed 9/15
Order Number: S00627xxxx: Apple iPhone 6s Plus - Rose Gold - 128GB, placed 9/12, completed 9/15
Status: Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20

Order Number: S00627xxxx: Apple iPhone 6s - Silver - 128GB, placed 9/12, completed 9/15
Order Number: S00627xxxx: Apple iPhone 6s - Silver - 128GB, placed 9/12, completed 9/15
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

* completed = received order number, signed agreement

To check your T-Mobile order, best way is:
https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status

You need your order number (S06xxxxxx or 224xxxx or 3149xxxxxx) and shipping Zip.
I don't believe it works if it doesn't start with S. The order numbers given by phone during 09/12 night (0011xxxx ... do not work)

Important: the website works better from a desktop computer. Some people (myself included) reporter that even mobile>request desktop website is broken: it will display Order Not Found.
iPad works fine apparently (not sure why this would be different than iPhone...)

  • I believe everyone got charged for shipping ($15 for some, $25 for others). T-mobile confirmed that all shipping fees for iPhone 6s pre-orders will be refunded through a bill credit.
  • For People on the Amped JoD ($15/month or $19/month for iphone 6s/6s+, signed up before 09/08), this price will be achieved through a $12 bill credit every month for the first 18months.
  • For People on the current JoD ($20/month), this price will be achieved through a $7 bill credit every month for the first 18months.
