I have a 10-digit number (no letters) and it works. I get the same information everyone else is getting for the 6s (ships on 9/24). I ordered via the Costco deal on Tuesday and got my order number by calling T-Mobile yesterday.

nice! do you mind sharing the first 4 digits so I can update the first post?

out of curiosity: what exactly was the costco deal? I heard about the $100 rebate, does that combine with T-mobile's JOD $125 discount?

Same here. 224 order. My iPhone 6 pre-order was also a 224 order and i received it on launch day. I dont think there is anything to worry about.
Yes! thanks for that info! I was thinking a 224 order meant you'll get it next year. :p

Item: Apple iPhone 6s - Space Gray - 64GB
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

I doubt it can be combined with the JOD discount. The costco deal is you get $25 costco cash card and an accessory bundle, plus you get an additional $100 costco cash card via mail in rebate. So basically $125 plus some accessories that I will probably not use.

I have not been able to see any of my orders, old or new, today. I was able to see they were in process yesterday but get nothing today. S006135***

Last yeah, they didn't get the biggest shipments till like days before they were to go out. And then they didn't even tell carriers what was in each upcoming shipment. It's like they were just finishing batches and each one was a grab bag of possibly enough of a certain model or colour to fill the orders. Each time people would ask well is my phone in the next shipment they'd say they had no idea what was coming till they open it up in KY distribution centre. lol

So Apple just sends them random phones? That's a weird way to do business like that. If you're a carrier and half your customers order silver, and Apple sends you mostly rose gold, then you're stuck. Seems like there should be people at both T-Mobile and Apple coordinating, with T-Mobile saying "these are the orders we've gotten" and Apple then saying "ok we can fill this many of these skus".

Just an FYI--when I wrote to the Office of the President today and expressed my discontent about seeing the "we'll let you know on 9/20 screen" in light of the fact that my original order (12:20 AM 9/12) was placed very early despite their having to cancel it to re-order it the right way, this is what the reply was:

"Don't worry. Your order was prioritized through my office so is part of a different device load into the system. You will see info soon. Hold tight."

So, for whatever it's worth, that might be helpful for you if you:

A) Placed an original order prior to 8 a.m. EST on 9/12 and
B) They screwed that order up so
C) You called to place a new one anytime after that fact that
D) Still went unresolved so you had to
E) Get in touch with the Office of the President/Exec Team to have your order placed the right way and they
F) "Prioritized" it from where they are.

have you tried from a desktop?
check this thread for more information, and expected shipping dates depending on your order:

Already ordered cases and screen protectors. Ready to go!! This is my first upgrade since I bought my 4S 64GB unlocked purchase. Never used a contract or payments. Doing this because it was $$$ off.

And the rest of us peasants shall weep tears of patience and hardship. :D

This isn't accurate. This was a chart on their website of shipping estimates based on ordering that day, not if you ordered within the first 48 hours.

you're right. Unfortunately even as of today, T-mobile doesn't have any better estimate than this chart apparently. If you check your order status, it'll still be what this chart says (worded differently), even though it is likely not the most accurate (ALL 6s+ show as delayed, even though T-mobile will obviously receive a non-zero number of 6s+ iPhones)

When I check my order status it says they'll have an estimate by the 20th. I think what it comes down to is they don't know what and how much Apple is going to send them. I have a very low order number so I'm hopeful.

For those complaining, my order despite being placed at 5AM EST on 9/12, didn't really go through until Tuesday, 9/15. I get nothing on order status pages.

That doesn't really matter, as this thread is not exclusive to first 48 hour people, and is still the best insight we have into their overall order delays. Hopefully something else will materialize in the future but until then...

True, but it matters in a sense that it was posted with a comment implying all 6S+ models are delayed. We don't know that, but someone coming into the conversation now seeing that image and the comment could easily think that was the case, hence my reply.

updated my comment, hopefully it is less confusing now?

I meant the comment that was posted along with the original image, not your comment. Either way, I was just trying to be helpful as it seemed like the original poster didn't know that was an estimate from a couple days ago. Apologies if that wasn't the case.
