lol that was the story of my life last year for this 'adventure'. they kept giving me a date that wasn't true.
Everyone has got some type of update and I'm sitting here waiting for my order to stop telling me to check back in 24-72 hours
Oh excuse me I lied there was a change....went from delivery confirmation from Apple...to just delivery confirmation lol
Ordered Sunday morning 11 am. Kind of late.
1 6s+ Spacegray 64gb
1 6s Rose Gold 64gb
THE SAGA CONTINUES ...
After finding out that at least two of my orders are "scheduled for delivery" I decided to make a call and inquire why I had two charges on my bill with numbers that did not belong to me - nothing major, maybe $10 all in.
Paraphrasing here:
Rep: I would be happy to look into that .... by the way, did you now that your account was flagged? We tried to reach you by phone, text, and email. The two orders (starting with S0062****) were flagged today and cancelled. We are sorry but we need to wait 24 hours before canceling these orders and re-ordering those phones for you.
Me: ....... "crickets" .....
....... facepalm ...... a good 2 minutes of silence.
NO, no one tried to reach out to me, no I had no idea.
That solves the puzzle of why the Rose Gold orders did not show up for me when the other two did. FML T-Mobile is on a whole another level.

well this is a bit confusing? i checked the order status today it was saying ill know more by 9/20 like the rest of everyone and now it says is confirmed that it will be sent out on 9/24 but when i go to my t-mobile account it says its partially back ordered so i'm not entirely sure what's going on or what to expect on my space grey 6s plus 128gb...
Lol nothing's ready yet. Carriers will only have the phones on the 24th.
Maaaaybe the 23rd. You know apple. If anyone were to get them earlier, they'd be on eBay for $$$ and after 8 years of iPhone we would have known it that was happening
Acutely there are a couple people that they're status displays Ready to ship the 24th but won't ship till all the phones in the order are ready.

Did they call someone else on your plan?
Was your phone on airplane mode?
Hmmm. It is kind of late by then. You picked two very popular choices Both might be hard to get by 9/25. However, don't give up and hope for the best.
Most people here have said the explore status site is more accurate then the my T-Mobile account page.
Personally think it was BS that they tried to "reach me". I have always received all of their emails, call from customer service as well as the ERT. After the initial f***up I asked that they make my line the only one that they contact and they have had no problems in the days that followed. My phone was always on, even if on silent when I am in meetings, there is no voice mails or emails.
Just a basic f*** you, your orders were cancelled today. They are showing up on my account as processing and on the order website as "will get more shipping information by 9/20".
Some do on page 67/68 yeah.
I wonder if:
1- the status text got updated and changed ready to expected
Or
2-for the very popular models (6s+, 6s RG 16&64) that because they can't get any good estimate in good faith (Apple won't disclose their numbers till later), customer service got tired of being swamped with calls from upset ppl and just updated ppl's 09/12&09/13 orders with "expected to ship by".
Nice! The status for my wife's Rose Gold 64 6S and my Silver 64 6S+ are showing as expected to ship on the 24th.
Looks like we'll have them on launch day after all. And to everyone asking, I'd bet good money that all orders will be shipped overnight at no charge. That's what TMO did last year and with all the shenanigans this year, I'd imagine it'll be the same.
