I still can't check my order status on the mobile website. I just called the CSR and they said I was good to go to ship on the 25th and everything went through fine, yet nothing is being displayed on the website. Hopefully they aren't just saying this to get me off the phone. This was for a RG 6s 64GB.
Same thing happening to me.
 
For those that signed up for JoD before Labor Day (the $15/mo promotion), has anyone received the bill which had the $12 bill credit issued that brings $27 to $15? My first bill came yesterday and I did not see any the $12 bill credit applied. Also are we to expect (27-12) plus tax or (27 plus tax)-12? Thanks!

Yes I've had two bills since doing the JoD promo. The first bill will not have the credit on it, go ahead and pay it, and then the second bill will have two credits. It takes a billing cycle for the credits to start.
 
i saw on another thread that a few people were getting charges today. Most if not all were done via Apple instead of their carriers

Now see if we had the capability to order via Apple's site LIKE EVERY OTHER CARRIER :)rolleyes:) we'd likely be having a much less intense experience. LOL. They need to fix that for the 7. Crap's cray.

Temporary Service Impacts Due to Papal Visit

Security measures will be in place in areas of Washington, D.C., New York City, and Philadelphia as Pope Francis visits the United States September 22-27, 2015. UPS is implementing contingency plans to minimize service impacts.

During the visit, no pickups and deliveries will be available in some ZIP codes. The days when service will be impacted are:

• Washington, D.C.: Tuesday, September 22, through Thursday, September 24. (Only limited areas of ZIP codes will be impacted, depending upon street closures.)

• New York City: Thursday and Friday, September 24-25

• Philadelphia: Friday and Saturday, September 25-26

Track your packages at ups.com. Continue to check here for the latest information on service impacts.

Sounds like you got the luck of the Irish too. I literally had to place my order 3-4 times because each time they screwed up which model or color I was getting even though I would confirm numerous times while placing the order. I would then get a call back about them "making sure my order was correct" only to repeat back a wrong model and then have to fix it again. Incredibly frustrating, but I guess we will get them eventually.
 
Checked the Apple Store site for the 128GB 6S+ Gold and it shows delivery for 9/25 T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. Makes me feel better about getting it next Friday. Hopefully Sunday T-Mobile will confirm the 25th for me.

You sure about that? Only 6s are available for 9/25 pickup or delivery, all 6s Plus are 3-4 week delivery time, and no in-store reservation for pickup on 9/25 at any store.
 
Anyone has experience with last year's T-Mobile shipments?

1) Do they ship the day(s) before to plan on a delivery on Friday?

2) I got charged $15 for shipping, others got charged $25. Can that be explained by number of iPhones, or is that a difference between overnight delivery/standard delivery?

Only recently switched to T-Mobile so cannot answer #1.

As far as shipping is concerned, all 4 of my orders are overnight delivery and as per the JOD EIP are $0.

As far as I know, no one received phones before the 25th

And no one got charged shipping charges (and if you did, they would have refunded those charges) everyone got free overnight shipping due to the debacle that happened(even if you placed the order with UPS ground).

Last year, the phones that were available shipped the day before and got there on release day.
Last year, you were charged shipping, this year both my orders are shipping next day at $0
 
UPDATE !!!

First 2 orders for iPhone 6S + 64GB, one in Gold and one in Space Grey have updated to shipping by 24th on the T-Mobile website. The two orders for the Rose Gold are still at on or before the 20th.

We are on the same boat... But I'm not getting my hopes up, we'll know for real when we get charged, that's when we know we are close to get it.

All of my orders are $0 down and $0 first payment. They just asked for credit card for "processing purpose". Won't know until a UPS alert at best; or will get that from someone on this site ;)
 
New to the forums, but wanted to share my order status. I actually ordered on 9/15 around 6:00pm for a iPhone 6s plus gold 64gb and a iPhone 6s plus rose gold 64gb. The gold is expected to be shipped 9/24, but the rose gold is still waiting for confirmation on 9/20.
 
FYI, once we are close to the shipping estimate, we can Track by Reference in UPS by using our phone numbers as the shipping reference

Status for my two 128GB Silver iPhone 6s Plus and two 128GB Silver iPhone 6s just updated to "expect to ship 9/24!"

The only one that remains "waiting for delivery confirmation on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20" is the 128GB Rose Gold iPhone 6s Plus.

Eh, I'll get hopes up. I don't mind the off chance of being crushed, and I doubt that they would put an expected ship date without being pretty darn sure - talk about creating irate customers if it wasn't true!
