Most people here have said the explore status site is more accurate then the my T-Mobile account page.
i just called and hoping what he said was true i went from jump to jump on demand automatically without me knowing but said i won't be paying $10 or $15 for it i would be paying the $8 dollars for insurance now my bill will be cheaper and ill be only paying $20 a month for the 6s plus instead of my regular 31.25 a month hoping what he said is true but i will find out on my next billing and i should be getting my new phone day one.
 
Quick update, this time really quick
iPhone 6s Gold - 64GB ordered on 9/12 at around 12:40 (after waiting on phone since 12:01). Got e-mail for order on Saturday morning. Status changed to ship on 9/24 a few days back
iPhone 6s Gold -128GB. Same order as above, but order was placed for Rose Gold instead of Gold. Took several calls to cancel and get a correct order by Sunday mid day. Got the we will confirm ship date by 9/20. Just checked now and the status has changed to it will ship by 9/24

It's all well that ends well. I was quite frustrated when they placed the order for the wrong color, but in the end it seems I might still get the phone by launch day. Best luck to all of you. Looking forward to realizing the benefit of band 12 once it comes to the San Francisco Bay Area (hopefully soon).

Does it say *will* ship by 9/24, or *expected* to ship by 9/24?

I'm starting to get this sickening feeling that pretty much everyone has the "expected to ship my 24th" message...

If that's the case, we're all screwed until we actually get UPS tracking numbers.

I'm thinking the same thing. I'm sure it says back ordered for everyone with a plus when they log into their account as well...

Sure does for me (on the my.t-mobile site). Just praying that somehow they moved me up the line because I'm a JUMP! customer...

I was a jump customer last year for the iPhone and pre ordered first day, and was told we were prioritized.... I didn't get the phone until sometime in October. I was assured this wouldn't happened this time, but who knows??

I had to re-order my phone on the 13th after my order from the 12th was apparently never put in or not put in correctly.

Anyway, I signed the EIP documents but when I check the status it still says "order can not be found". Contacted customer service twice and was told not to worry. First person said it should update by the 17th and second person said it should update 2 days before it ships out (the 23rd).

Getting worried...my Mom also ordered the same day she is having the same issue.

Maybe start with an online chat, I think someone mans that 24 hours a day.
 
Anyone getting a rose gold 6s+ 64gb, with a ship date? Mine still says 9/20, I figure because that particular phone is the most popular.
 
Status on the one 16GB Rose Gold we ordered updated overnite. Placed order on phone around 9 AM Sat morning

I originally ordered a 16GB Space Gray around 5:30am Eastern. He game me a number starting with "00", but I never received anything else. I called back Sunday afternoon. Original order was cancelled, order was submitted again. Received paperwork/text/etc. immediately. Also shipping states the 24th, so I guess I didn't lose my place in line. I'm on the JOD $15/month iPhone6s promotion.
