I'll tell you what I would like. A preorder experience that isn't a ****ing disaster. Just once lol. There's my supply and demand for you. Say up front hey look 6s coming out but we're only making a very limited of rose gold. Not create this false hype where I, and others, went thru the trouble of making sure to preorder just like you and everyone else but we're left in limbo all because of a colour preference.

And those of you with other colours and ship dates already. don't lecture me on "business practices or your theory how apple works or how we're being unreasonable" lol I'm allowed to have room to be annoyed. kthanks. especially when this is the 2nd year this ******** happens. I've been pretty upbeat and patient up till now, I haven't even annoyed the customer service lol. SO back off and let me be annoyed.
 
Expects to ship by 9/24 is code for "too many people are calling us, we'll tell them all something until we know more". Yesterday they said we'd know more on 9/20 and it updated early which tells me we will see more updates this weekend/early next week with more accurate dates.

Yes, most of you will still get it shipped by 9/24 so don't panic too much. :D
Yeah thats what I am thinking. It does say Expected. thats not a definite thing. its more of a we might be able to ship it on the 24th, maybe on the 25th, 26th, 27th, or maybe the 28th?
 
So I ordered midnight on pre-order launch day and completed my order around 12:40 am. When I check the explore site or my t-mobile site for my order, nothing shows up. It has my order number and says "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status."

Should I call them up and see what's going on since it seems like everyone else has some sort of update. Anyone have any insight or idea?
Did you the email with the EIP agreement? If you ordered during the first hour of the launch and never got a follow up email, your order is probably not entered and never will be regardless of what they tell you. That what happened to me and quite a few others.

Hey I am with you. But thats how it works. With how last year went for me I am surprised with how smooth this year seems to be going for me. Hope we all get our stuff on time :)

yeah least I havent had my order canceled this time. *knocks on wood* so already a step ahead of last year hah.
 
Does anyone have any idea what may be the Unicorn(most ordered) this time......definitely not the 6s ...................i see most people ordered 6s+ space gray.....
 
Did folks who ordered a 6s (not a plus) and who saw their order status updated yesterday, does it also say "expected to ship"? or something more definitive?
 
I fished my order at 12:10 am got my order confirmation at 12:15, I did the whole order online through mytmobile and signed the eip online as well, I'm still waiting on a date, trying to catch a unicorn.

I think it might be the 6s + rose gold 16g and 64gb they have shipping dates till November already

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm just tired/grumpy on top of this ******** mess. I'm a chick so of course I want the pink phone lol and here I walked right into the mess of them playing games. Could be that they're still finishing/packing them and will be to TMo by the 20th and we're all worried over nothing... or they made like 5 and it's like that willy wonka golden ticket adventure hah.

I trusted Tmo this year so when they said they fixed my order and placement I sat back and tried to help everyone stay calm and I didn't worry. However seeing **** about November, this is just giving me that same feeling I had last year as my order experience **** the bed in front of me.

-This year I stayed up like usual, I lost an entire night's worth of sleep but it was worth it to me, I signed up for JOD so I'd be in the cool kids group, I got thru right at the start and placed it within the first 24-25 min. So I mean I'm not being totally unreasonable here. I did everything I was supposed to in order to get it like everyone else. I didn't just order today and am whining about it. So expecting a ship date I was told in the first place and being told november...lol

I just got the email too confirming that they will be shipping on the 24th and will send me tracking info soon.

For everyone that has a confirmed order it's time to stop your whining. Sure, the ordering process had all sorts of issues, but for everyone past that phase, T-Mobile is doing a good job at keeping people informed to the best of their ability.

Time to chill out, do something that makes you happy, and smile knowing your phone will be here soon!
 
I am switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. Can anybody tell me which is better: Jump or Jump On Demand? It seems Jump on Demand would be great if I switched phones a few times a year. But if I just want to upgrade from 6S to 7 to 7S, is Jump good enough? I also like the handset protection that's included in the $10/month.

Any help appreciated.
 
i remember yesterday somebody said they saw shipments arrive on floghtaware. and then later in the day we got the 24th updates. im sure its connected

You want JOD. The $10 jump is essentially a service fee on top of the phone cost. JOD charge applies to paying the phone off (if you keep it).

I think that I will not get mine on the 25th. I placed my preorder on the 12th about 3am and have had nothing but problems. After calling all week I finally got someone that would actually help me, the bad news is she had to cancel my order and reorder my phone. According to her I would not lose my place in line because the order is based off my phone number and account number. So I guess I will find out in a couple of days and see if any shipping info updates.
 
Yeah, there were 10+ planes that came in thru alaska and kentucky yesterday. I had the site in an open tab with this page and noticed a bunch. http://flightaware.com/live/iphone

To be fair, those are routine daily flights. On certain days they may be carrying apple products. I'm sure you knew that but I remember people here when we were tracking Apple Watch orders thinking they were like charter flights.
