updated to read "Order In Progress" ... "Being Processed ... order date 9/16" ... so, they have the order, but, wondering how long until it's updated.

I just put a 64GB space gray t-mobile (buy outright) iPhone 6s in apple's shopping cart, says it "delivers 9/25", so, maybe I pre-ordered in time??

<waiting patiently> <sort of>

Did you all see this Costco deal from a couple of days ago (sorry I'm late- was traveling in Portland)?

https://www.macrumors.com/2015/09/15/costco-iphone-6s-6s-plus-promo/

Not quite as much discount as if you buy out the phone on JOD but an interesting option and fairly unprecedented to rebate a brand new phone straight away like this.
Actually, for T-mo iPhones, that's as good a deal as any as far as final cost goes, not only the $100 rebate, but, costco's standard package includes car charger, holder and a $25 costco gift card. I would have gone for this, but, I opted for JOD so I can upgrade for $0 next year if I want to.
I think that I will not get mine on the 25th. I placed my preorder on the 12th about 3am and have had nothing but problems. After calling all week I finally got someone that would actually help me, the bad news is she had to cancel my order and reorder my phone. According to her I would not lose my place in line because the order is based off my phone number and account number. So I guess I will find out in a couple of days and see if any shipping info updates.
I've had nothing but problems calling T-mo in past. I went in to local T-mobile store and let them do their thing on the computer and them get on the phone, it goes much smoother this way.

Are they still doing the promo where they're rolling the down payment in to monthly payments as well?
You mean the new Jump On Demand starting at $20 for iPhone 6s? Yes, but, only in T-mo stores or by calling them, still not available online. (I can verify, with this promotion there is not an additional monthly charge for JOD.)

Order Number: S00606xxxx

Item: Apple iPhone 6s - Rose Gold - 64GB
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

Wohooo!!!

Now I'm just hoping they'll ship it overnight.. On the phone when I ordered the rep told me it was 2-3day delivery I think

Hmmm. All I've ever heard was overnight/next day delivery for free.

Yep got the email update this morning too.

Thanks for your iPhone order. We anticipate shipping your order number -------- by 9/24/2015.

iPhone 6 64gb Silver

So has anyone who ordered either a 6s or 6s+ in Rose Gold and in ANY memory size see a "expected to ship by 9/24"? I am assuming we will see some 6s and 6s RG ship by that date for a D1 launch delivery, but I would also assume that most of us with the RG are in the "we will update with shipping estimate by 9/20"?

You want JOD. The $10 jump is essentially a service fee on top of the phone cost. JOD charge applies to paying the phone off (if you keep it).

Exactly. This is solid advice. JOD is now where it's at. If you want handset protection, you can buy it for $8 a month.

If you are referring to the 64 GB model or 128 GB model with no down payment, the answer is no. That promotion never really got it's feet completely off the ground and regardless, it was meant for JOD Amped customers and the deadline to sign up for that was Labor Day.

I just got the email too confirming that they will be shipping on the 24th and will send me tracking info soon.

For everyone that has a confirmed order it's time to stop your whining. Sure, the ordering process had all sorts of issues, but for everyone past that phase, T-Mobile is doing a good job at keeping people informed to the best of their ability.

Time to chill out, do something that makes you happy, and smile knowing your phone will be here soon!

I'm glad to see you stuck with TMO despite the madness that is the yearly iPhone release.

You joined at an awful time, but I think you'll be pleased that you stuck it out.

the regular 6s in RG seems to be shipping out 9/24 if you preordered last weekend.
It's the plus in RG that's still not in their warehouse yet apparently so we don't know.

So far haven't seen any RG+ that gives a ship date, at least not in this thread. Every other phone is good to go.

Did folks who ordered a 6s (not a plus) and who saw their order status updated yesterday, does it also say "expected to ship"? or something more definitive?
Everyone has expected to ship by the 24th at best. You aren't likely going to see anything more definitive until it ships.

Thanks for the info. I'll be hitting up a T-Mobile store tomorrow to get this done.

Nothing has changed for me still says processing on My T mobile but the order status page says this tool doesn't show anything until 48-72 hours after the order was placed and it's been longer than that. But I talked to a rep on the phone last night she said everything was good and Mine is expected to ship by 9/24. White/Silver 6S 128GB

if you were to read the comment just above yours, you would have seen that yes, I did and others too...

Sounds good! Thank you! I would imagine we should see some Rose Golds ship for day 1. Maybe most of us should get them by early OCT?

Thank you so much! It's kind of you to remember. And yes, I was very frustrated at the time, but decided to stick it out since I had already invested so much time. :)

ow, I'm gonna assume you didn't mean to word this in such a snappy way.

You got a 6s PLUS in rose gold shipping out on the 24th? I am actually reading the thread, but if you did, clearly I missed something.

3 different agents swear nothing is shipping before the 25th, hope their wrong.

They probably mean nothing will be delivered to your hands before the 25th. However, this is the first time I am ordering from T-Mobile directly so I don't have past experience on launch time ordering. I'm hoping I'll get the phones by launch day, but let's see.

I think that I will not get mine on the 25th. I placed my preorder on the 12th about 3am and have had nothing but problems. After calling all week I finally got someone that would actually help me, the bad news is she had to cancel my order and reorder my phone. I had a similar situation. Called at 3AM and only got "confirmation numbers" and was promised I'd get a call in 1-2 days, but because of the "free memory upgrade variant" and hearing others were actually giving credit card information and getting actual order numbers, I didn't want to jeopardize not having an actual preorder if the promotion was only available until Sunday night.

So, after I naturally woke up late that Saturday, I called back to check on these "confirmation numbers" only to find out that no one else at Customer Care could locate or reference them. Upset, I made sure that I was getting my preorders placed right then and there, but they continued to have system glitches. I spent most of Saturday and half of Sunday on the phone, back and forth with managers at the Solution Center, who finally told me that those confirmation numbers where "draft orders" that just needed to be completed, I still have my original place in the queue, that I still have the highest priority as an early preorderer and as a JUMP! on Demand customer, and most importantly, that my monthly payments will not increase from the Amped JUMP! on Demand promotional pricing of $15 and $19/month that I got when JUMPed to the 6/6 Plus before Labor Day.

By the end of the night, one went through (EIP signed, order number received), but four still remained "unable to place order."

It was only until Tuesday that I got the remaining preorders through, and just yesterday, I got status updates that my Silver 128GB iPhone 6s+ and two Silver 128GB iPhone 6s will ship by 9/24, but the Rose Gold 128GB iPhone 6s+ is still awaiting confirmation from Apple, so I guess they kept their word regarding priority.

Seeing the Estimated Shipping Updates page showing that the Rose Gold 128GB iPhone 6s+ is only "2-4 weeks" and not "Early November" like the other memory variants, I'm convinced I'll still get it by 9/24, or worst-case scenario, maybe 2 weeks after that.
