ow, I'm gonna assume you didn't mean to word this in such a snappy way.

You got a 6s PLUS in rose gold shipping out on the 24th? I am actually reading the thread, but if you did, clearly I missed something.

I meant to quote the other user:
"So has anyone who ordered either a 6s or 6s+ in Rose Gold and in ANY memory size see a "expected to ship by 9/24"?"

he was just inquiring on RG. not +

I had a similar situation. Called at 3AM and only got "confirmation numbers" and was promised I'd get a call in 1-2 days, but because of the "free memory upgrade variant" and hearing others were actually giving credit card information and getting actual order numbers, I didn't want to jeopardize not having an actual preorder if the promotion was only available until Sunday night.

So, after I naturally woke up late that Saturday, I called back to check on these "confirmation numbers" only to find out that no one else at Customer Care could locate or reference them. Upset, I made sure that I was getting my preorders placed right then and there, but they continued to have system glitches. I spent most of Saturday and half of Sunday on the phone, back and forth with managers at the Solution Center, who finally told me that those confirmation numbers where "draft orders" that just needed to be completed, I still have my original place in the queue, that I still have the highest priority as an early preorderer and as a JUMP! on Demand customer, and most importantly, that my monthly payments will not increase from the Amped JUMP! on Demand promotional pricing of $15 and $19/month that I got when JUMPed to the 6/6 Plus before Labor Day.

By the end of the night, one went through (EIP signed, order number received), but four still remained "unable to place order."

It was only until Tuesday that I got the remaining preorders through, and just yesterday, I got status updates that my Silver 128GB iPhone 6s+ and two Silver 128GB iPhone 6s will ship by 9/24, but the Rose Gold 128GB iPhone 6s+ is still awaiting confirmation from Apple, so I guess they kept their word regarding priority.

Seeing the Estimated Shipping Updates page showing that the Rose Gold 128GB iPhone 6s+ is only "2-4 weeks" and not "Early November" like the other memory variants, I'm convinced I'll still get it by 9/24, or worst-case scenario, maybe 2 weeks after that.
Well the rep told me that would not lose my place in line but after all the calls and being promised that i would be getting called back and so on I am really not holding my breath.

Why all the drama? How is it that you are being screwed? The iPhone is not available until the 25th. T-Mobile is expecting to ship it on the 24th. What more do you want?

How am I being screwed specifically? Because last year I waited for hours and hours just to try and order the phones from their buggy site. Took some effort just to get the devices to arrive 2 weeks after release date, despite me being a jump customer and attempting to order it from the moment it was midnight... Well, nobody could order it at midnight because their systems were down. That meant I had to order it around 14 hours or so after it was supposed to come out. Meanwhile non-JUMP! and JUMP! customers had been placing their orders for 3 hours or so before I could get to do mine... All because of a stupid bug that T-mobile didn't even tell us about. Everyone in last year's thread had to assume it was a technical issue because T-Mobile was staying quiet.

What about this year? Waited at midnight again. Tried and failed to pre-order two iPhones for around 3 hours on the JUMP! site until I finally gave up because NOBODY knew what the issue was and why the JUMP! interface was broken on the site. Yet again, I check the regular upgrade option and the iPhones are there. The bug was only fixed on Tuesday night so that's when I had to order my phones.

So do the math, I had to wait 2 weeks for one of my phones because T-Mobile's bug wouldn't let me order it until 3 hours later... This year I had to wait 4 days to order because of a stupid T-Mobile bug that NOBODY could help me with... How long will I be waiting for my phone this year? Nobody on any of their help lines could help me out.

Now the site says both of my phones are 'expected' to ship for release date. I don't buy it. That's what we were all told last year and it ended up being a very different story.

That's a brief explanation as to why I'm being screwed.

Sorry, but as you've demonstrated above, you're displaying nothing but drama.

I suspect no one cares too much about the specifics of what you went through 12 months ago. And while I agree that this year's ordering process was totally off-kilter, you now have an update that say's that it might ship in a few days. What more do you want other then to receive your iPhone on (or very close) to launch day? Do you want John Legere to deliver it himself and rub your feet with lotion while you open the package? LOL. :p

T-mobiles site was incredibly fast during prime-time this year, compared to last year. I'm on Jump! as well, and it worked fine. I woke up early, ordered my phone, went back to bed in less than 10 minutes. Did you try and pay the rest of your 50% right before pre-ordering?

I'm so tempted to cancel and just show up at my Apple store appointment, except the Pope is in town and I really don't want to deal with the madness. I'm still scarred from not getting my apple watch on launch day after having a 3:03 am confirm email.
Does anyone know EXACTLY when they charge your cc.?

Last year I ordered on 9/12/2014 and got charged on 9/16/2014, according to my CC statement. I got charged when it was preparing to ship.

iPhone 6 was released on september 19.

So if we work these numbers backwards:
9/12/14 becomes 9/18/15 (pre-order date 2014. 6 days before 2015)
9/16/14 becomes 9/22/15 (CC charged 2014)
9/19/14 becomes 9/25/15 (release date)

so I'm guessing no more news till 9/22 ?

What they charge your cc? Sales price plus sales tax. For iPhone 6s+ 64GB is $849.00 * 1.08 = $916.92.

Why don't you save yourself some time and buy from craigslist? You will have to pay a premium but you can always negotiate.

I've always paid cheaper than retail on CL (and yes, it was always on release date).

I don't trust CL especially in NYC to many weirdos. If T Mobile doesn't ship by the 24th I will cancel and fight the Pope for my phone.

The site let you order on Jump!? I tried and it told me I HAD to call to pre order?

last year my card was charged the day before i got the phone. i had overnight shipping. so cards get charged the second they ship it. so depending on which shipping method you have, thats when you will get charged. if you have overnight shipping this year then you will get charged on the 24th. they cant and wont charge before they actually send the phone off with ups.

my tmobile account site says i was charged the 16th if september last year but thats just the date i ordered it. my actual bank staement says the 18th of october and i recieved the phone on the 19th

I've been told overnight shipping and two day shipping.

I'm guessing if they ship Thursday 9/24, it should get here Friday or Saturday but he said it may get here on Monday 9/27.

I'll be turning off signature required once I get a label printed.

Legally they are not allowed to charge your CC until the product is ready to ship.
