To be fair, those are routine daily flights. On certain days they may be carrying apple products. I'm sure you knew that but I remember people here when we were tracking Apple Watch orders thinking they were like charter flights.


yeah the probability is quite high though that right now they're mostly consisting of phones though is what I meant .And from last year lots of people DID get orders shipped and all that associated with when lots of those planes were arriving. so if you're bored you can watch and hope you get an update etc.
 
Well the rep told me that would not lose my place in line but after all the calls and being promised that i would be getting called back and so on I am really not holding my breath.

Are you a JUMP! or JUMP! on Demand customer? If so, your orders do supersede all standard preorders.
 
How am I being screwed specifically? Because last year I waited for hours and hours just to try and order the phones from their buggy site. Took some effort just to get the devices to arrive 2 weeks after release date, despite me being a jump customer and attempting to order it from the moment it was midnight... Well, nobody could order it at midnight because their systems were down. That meant I had to order it around 14 hours or so after it was supposed to come out. Meanwhile non-JUMP! and JUMP! customers had been placing their orders for 3 hours or so before I could get to do mine... All because of a stupid bug that T-mobile didn't even tell us about. Everyone in last year's thread had to assume it was a technical issue because T-Mobile was staying quiet.

What about this year? Waited at midnight again. Tried and failed to pre-order two iPhones for around 3 hours on the JUMP! site until I finally gave up because NOBODY knew what the issue was and why the JUMP! interface was broken on the site. Yet again, I check the regular upgrade option and the iPhones are there. The bug was only fixed on Tuesday night so that's when I had to order my phones.

So do the math, I had to wait 2 weeks for one of my phones because T-Mobile's bug wouldn't let me order it until 3 hours later... This year I had to wait 4 days to order because of a stupid T-Mobile bug that NOBODY could help me with... How long will I be waiting for my phone this year? Nobody on any of their help lines could help me out.

Now the site says both of my phones are 'expected' to ship for release date. I don't buy it. That's what we were all told last year and it ended up being a very different story.

I am not sure why you didn't just opt to order/upgrade over the phone?
 
Yep , Both my RG 6s and Silver 6s+ both are good for the 24th. At least this is a better process than my 6+ order where I learned I was getting it on launch via a ups mychoice message.

Right, I think that was the case for non-JUMP orders. I remember checking in the morning and seeing the non-JUMP upgrade site had all 6s and Plus models listed. If there was some information about that on the site I must have missed it, my impression was that ordering via phone was just another option instead of a necessity.

My problem was that the JUMP! interface only displayed tablets. I and several others posted about it on the t-mobile forums and attempted to live chat with the team a couple days before pre-order time. Apparently the chat team were told the bug would be fixed on September 18th (today). I put that information down as a guesstimate from the chat team. Posts about this bug have existed on the tmo forums since June and t-mobile employees have been posting on those threads trying to resolve the problem ever since.

Again, I don't care if the devices arrive in October. I just want better customer support.

Did you the email with the EIP agreement? If you ordered during the first hour of the launch and never got a follow up email, your order is probably not entered and never will be regardless of what they tell you. That what happened to me and quite a few others.
Well, I got an e-mail confirmation and also was able to sign the EIP. There was a bit of a mix up since I asked to be put on JoD, but instead was put on the regular Jump. They ended up keeping my original order and giving me a discount on the phone itself to make up for it, but I dunno if that messed anything up.

I don't mind the wait if it was said up front look no way are you bitches getting any rose golds for 3 wks after the 25th. I'd be like aight, cool. But not when it was lined up for everything being out the 25th, tmo saying nothing would be wrong. It's just a disappointment. I'd hope things actually come out when they say they are for everyone who did **** right. Does it take away from enjoying the phone, no I love apple products. I just wish they'd stop pissing around with the lack of quantity or not telling carriers what's really going on. Esp when last year wasn't a stellar experience either. I must love abuse, ordering iphones with tmo is like 50 shades of ********. lol

Guys I'm so dumb, I was checking my order number, and nothing would ever show, told me to check back in 24-72 hours. So I tried today, and I added the S to my order number, and boom expected to ship by 9/24!!!
