got it in L.A.

Settings > General > About prompted the update!

iPhone 4 6.1.3 officially unlocked. My MMS is finally sending without a hitch! Visual Voicemail too! After 5 years, finally!

And after that, unlimited at EDGE speed. But I've seriously never even reached half a GB = unlimited to me ;)

I hear ya. That would be ideal for me too! Not disputing that.

I would go down to the $60 plan if it were 4GB. It's currently 2.5GB, that's not enough for me since I'll use the mobile hotspot feature often. And now that there's LTE capability...

Well, luckily, there's WiFi at work, and at home, so I won't need this feature.

... Canada?

This might be a little early to ask about, but has anyone tried an updated phone on Wind in Canada? I've already sold my Android phone, and will be picking up an iPhone as soon as I can confirm that it will work here.

iPhone 4, jailbroken, officially unlocked, 6.1.2. Just got the update via about panel in settings.

Not noticing anything different besides apn/mms changes... Obviously I won't get 4G, but it doesn't look like I got visual voicemail either (it just calls my voicemail when i hit the button in the phone app)

iMessage

Anyone else having an issue with iMessage? All of the sudden, it tries to send as an iMessages and then quickly says "Not Delivered" and then sends as a regular text.

its is here!!!

i got the update but i did something to get it git it a shot. first what I did was went to carrier then where it says automatic I turned it off after that I went to be about menu and waited about 10 seconds roughly the phone automatically turned the carrier back to automatic and while in the about menu a little message came up asking if I wanted to do a carrier update one down side is that once you do update the update eliminates free tethering therefore it takes away your free personal hotspot

FYI Carrier now says T-Mobile 14.1 !!

Edit: Received by going to Settings>General>About
(on iPhone5)

Have you restarted the phone?

I have the same set up and I have visual voice mail.

Where do you find Visual Voicemail after the update? And what is it used for? Thanks!

Just hit the voice mail icon like normal.

It's just where the voicemail button used to call voicemail, now it shows you a list of voicemails instead of you having to listen to the phone menu.

Does anyone getting LTE instead of 4G icon? I have an iPhone 5, but I'm in NC. I don't think I'll have LTE here.

The carrier update doesn't do anything to the bands the phones support. So it will work the same as before. The only difference is now T-mobile users get their APN settings set correctly, have visual voicemail, and enabled the LTE option.

Try restarting. I got an error message or just the option to call voicemail until i rebooted twice.
