Personally I think this is the best, most hilarious thread ever on MacRumors. This one should go in the thread hall of fame. Wow.

Both the real similarity between the colors and logos and the war of words over whether it is a coincidence or not, mixed in with the anxious expectation make this a classic. I am doubled over in laughter.

Yes, the colors are the same. You're right, but the design and composition is not very "Apple".

I'm not saying the colors mean anything, the more I think about it, the less it seems possible, BUT I still agree with the other poster that this does look different - The composition, the negative space, the mood. It is much busier.

BUT, you could be right, even if it does not look as pretty, some exec could have chosen this version and went ahead with the print job.

Think of the graphics as an artists pallet. its an expression of creativity which would go well with "Come see our latest Creation".

After reviewing older nano ads, I realize apple has already used this color scheme several times. I don't see any coincidence anymore, and now I just think this thread is hilarious!

i'm with T-mobile and i came very close to getting a Google G1 a few weeks ago-- i like the keyboard and it's not small. (my hands are very fidgety...) An iPhone would also be very good. Gonna see if it's true and what the pricing is. Otherwise a G1 still looks appealing to me.
