You have clearly been living in ignorance if you think this is true. The American culture still portrays pink and purple as girl only colors, it's just how it is.

Really? In my generation, purple is no where near feminine anymore. Pink clothing is not considered feminine on men either. Even my dad wears purple and pink and he's in his 50s.

I'm the least girly girl ever but I just cancelled my gold in favour of rose gold. Might be sorry though, haven't had confirmation yet and it was 4 hours ago!

Hmm, it's still true today at least in New England. Purple clothes guys can get away with pretty easily, especially if it's a nice purple polo or dress shirt, but pink shirts/shorts?

I'm not against people wearing or buying what they like, more power to them, but they need to know that the vast majority of guys do not buy pink items.
I wore a pink shirt to work today and it's pretty common place in my part of Europe. Nobody laughs, assumes you are gay, although I wouldn't care if they did. I don't think a pink shirt or a rose gold watch or phone is going to make a man look any less manly.

It's possible an insecurity issue for those that mock rather than those who choose to buy it.

If you guys are going to keep bringing this up, you need to know your geography.

Popped into the Apple store today to take a look at the Rose gold iPhone dock. It's certainly very 'coppery' under good lighting. It has helped me to make my mind up. Rose gold it is.

I figured I'd bump into you on this thread. I remember your obsession with pink. Do you wish you had waited to get the new rose gold sport watch? I'm planning on getting the pink iPhone but I want the regular gold sport watch to match a matte gold bracelet I just bought. I just have to figure out how to fit the watch into the budget.

I suppose I prefer the gold iPhone color to the rose gold, overall. But when I try them out on cases in online previews, the Rose gold looks better in the case colors I'm interested in. Even with a case some of the body color shows through.

until I saw the watch in person.... there was a moment of "OH WOW!" but i love that my gray sports watch goes with everything and i can wear ANY color band i want! can you imagine the rose gold with a red band! HAHA!

i LOVE rose gold! i even ordered hubby a GORGEOUS rose gold with blue band invicta that i planned to wear occasionally until i got my apple watch.... unfortunately the band didn't go small enough for my wrist!

i knew i had to see the watch in person cuz i was REALLY stressing since i kept seeing so many different hues of the phone in photos... and the pink was TO DIE FOR! but then one would show up as peach.... UGH!

well as soon as i laid eyes on the watch i was like "it's not pink" so they let me hold the try on model and it's peach/beige NOT PINK.... so i knew right then and there i was OK with ordering space gray.

NOW... if it comes out and is NOT the same aluminum as the watch.... and it's more pink: i'll cry!

I love it, Samsung have had pink phones for so long now its about time! Also I love how Apple chose to use kawaii asian girls doing selfies in the videos

DD and I went to Apple store and saw the rose gold watch. We were less than impressed with the shade of "pink."

Geography? I know where New England is but had no idea it was so far behind the rest of the western world. Surely a guy can wear a pink shirt and have a gold iPhone there without the 1970's judging him? :)
Yes, as I said America and you chime in that what I'm saying is incorrect because you don't see that in Europe.

I saw the watch, too. In the lighting at my store it was really pink looking. At this point it's anyone's guess what the watch will look like under regular lighting. The lighting at my Apple Store is strange. Silver and gold and space gray are not easy to tell apart in their lighting!

I love pink but I don't want a pink phone, not that shade of pink anyhow. I wouldn't mind a hot pink phone like the 5C.

That is not hot pink. It's more of a salmon. The Moto X in raspberry is hot pink.

So...what's your point? Are you saying that all men should dress the same?

Nope, just pointing out that you will be in the minority with a pink phone. If that's fine with you, then that's great, but to those on the fence that could be a factor.

Just opened my spigen case. Bit disappointed tbh... It's exactly the same size as my 6...

Yeah there's no difference in case size. I hear tell you can totally just keep using the case for the 6 on the 6s in the event that you are happy with the case you have now.

Which case did you get? I just ordered the liquid crystal case and a screen protector from them. I haven't used the brand before but Amazon gave them great reviews.
That is the exact one I bought. Rubbish it's soooo thin it's like worth 10p and I paid £6.99. Returned.
