I hope Washington can do well against Alabama, it will be a tough fight for them.

It won't necessarily be easy for Alabama, either. It's not as if they've dominated every game they've played on the way to another SEC championship. But so far, they've managed to do what it takes to win with a freshman QB who still makes mistakes and mounting injuries on the defense. On the plus side, their running backs are doing very well. Bo Scarbrough is hitting his stride, and Harris and Jacobs continue to perform well. The ability to rotate these three is a great advantage.

Looking forward to the playoffs, but it's nice to have a few weeks off to heal from the season (me and the team)!

It wouldn't be the worst thing to have an Alabama/Clemson rematch. As long as Ohio State doesn't win, I'm fine with any result.

(yup, I'm an OSU hater)
I think Clemson is the second best team in the nation and they will easily beat OSU. I think they are the only team out there that could possibly give Alabama a run for the money.

I'm not so sure of that. Washington has looked good all year, and they completely dominated a good Colorado team in the Pac 12 championship game.

Not sure I agree with putting in Ohio State. Lost head to head vs. Penn State, and doesn't win the Big 10.

Agreed. Penn State is getting hosed by the selection committee. They beat Ohio State and won the Big 10 conference. I'm a die-hard Ohio State fan and I don't think they belong in the playoffs.

Just remember 2 years ago when many said The Ohio State didn't deserve it and didn't have a chance with a 3rd string quarterback.

I remember, but their offense is a bit more shaky this time around, and Clemson is just one powerful team this year.

Of course I'm biased but I don't see Clemson as a threat at all this year. I feel they're very overrated. I think tOSU defense is more than capable of shutting down Watson.

I don't think Clemson is as good as they were last year. They are a good team and deserve to be in the playoff, but I think they are the least likely to win it.

Honestly, I think any of these four teams can win the title. Out of the four, I'd prefer Washington to win, but, anyone but Bama.

Bowl season is almost upon us, and I'm getting excited. I can't wait to see some of those match ups :D

Kiffin to FAU, which is surprising, but I like what I read on ESPN (shocker I know). The Saban/Kiffin relationship had an expiration date and I think it was time to go. I guess his contract expires at the end of this season and no one expected him back.

As for FAU, I think Kiffin's prior head coaching performance is the reason why he landed at FAU, he needs to prove that he's matured and no longer do those things that got him in trouble at Tenn and USC

Yeah, once Saban started to talk about finding a head coaching job for Kiffin, he was out the door even if it meant a gig at a Tuscaloosa high school. He won't be at FAU long. I'm sure that Saban is happy he didn't take the OC job at LSU.

I didn't think it was serious when reports came out that FAU wanted Kiffin as a head coach. I was sure he was going to a power school/conference. Sad to see him go because I would have love to see what Kiffin could do with Hurts going into his second year.

Yeah, and it didn't seem like a good move on his part. He needs to show that he can be a head coach, and move laterally to another OC position wouldn't help that.
