1. Quicksilver (I even get lost if QS is there but the plug-ins aren't)
2. Pages (There are alternatives but nothing comes close to suiting my needs)

There are plenty more, slightly less important ones, but I don't go over limits, I'm a safe kinda guy when it comes to lists on forums

My top 4 apps so far have to be:
1.iTunes (I cannot live without music....I mean it)
2.Mail (I use this more than ever now, if I could afford an iPhone, it would be the icing on the cake in terms of email on the go)
3.Safari (without this, I wouldn't be able to discuss with fellow mac users like yourselves)
and the last has to be
1 Password (although I only purchased about a month ago, it has made me think about securing my info on my mac, which I once thought wasn't that important)
P.S I have to give a little shout out to Little Snitch (kept me from getting into a lot of trouble)

It is probably the most important app on the Mac. It is joined at the hip to Final Cut studio, itunes, safari, CS3...

I never managed to figure out how Quicksilver works. Oh well, guess it's my loss.

Also Messenger for Mac, but that's kind of a background thing for when I need to contact people..you know...

I'll second that. I downloaded the demo yesterday and it really made me reconsider my current strategy of simply using Space #3 for stickies.
