Is this pretty good battery life you think? 3 hours and 45 minutes screen on time today with 70% battery left? Kind of intermittent use though as I was working all day. This is the regular pro.

It's right on the mark IMO. Same usage as my launch day 12PM with 215 battery cycles as you can see

Just a lowly 13 pro user here LOL but I wanted to share my battery life also!

Pretty impressed with this battery life!

I noticed something strange. It was the same with my iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14. If you add up the values in the battery statistics yourself, completely different values are displayed there. Here for example:

It shows 1.30h Screen On and 26min Screen Off

And if you add it up yourself with a calculator:
1h 54min SOn and 20min SOff

Can someone also do the math and can confirm?

I have this “issue” as well. But I’m on the 11 Pro Max on iOS 14.8. The daily graph SoT and the hourly graph totals SoT don’t match. The longer you use, the disparity between the two numbers gets larger.

Also, I noticed the daily SoT number tallies with the SoT shown on Screen Time.

Lost only 3% battery life overnight while I was sleeping. Have 70% battery left this morning. Again, on track for 2 days between charging. Keeps surprising on how good the battery life is. The charging to 98% was due to using wired CarPlay. Usually I only charge to 85%.

Something must be wrong with my phone, I lost 16% overnight. Went to bed at 66% and woke up at 50%. In comparison my S21 ultra was at 77% and woke up at 73%

Safe to say the only phone that will catch the 13 pro max when it comes to battery life, will be the 14 pro max when that arrives, for a battery that isn’t even close to being 5000 mAh, it’s a absolute animal.

Impressive battery. I had 30% left when the screenshot was taken.
5G Auto on all time, most of the time it was on wifi.

On the last part though the phone was on airplane mode with Wifi Calling on. Looks like it consumes more energy.

I can’t believe how different pro and pro max are. It’s like day and night or I’m doing something wrong here…

I guess what matters the most in this case is the battery size.
40% more capacity in the Pro Max (4352 mAh) compared to the Pro (3095 mAh). It's like the Pro having 1 and 1/2 of its current battery.

Wednesday was a great day to test the battery of the 13PM. I went 12 hours before charging and ended somewhere between 60-65%. I forgot to capture exactly and had already plugged the phone in for charging before remembering in the morning. Thursday was another great day, but since I was out and have to connect my phone to listen to music in the car, it’s not as good of a test.

Another few days and my 13PM performance has been pretty consistent.

Yesterday’s stats:
7 hr screen on time
Wifi most of the day. 5G Auto for maybe an hour.
44% left
Works out to be around 12.5 hrs if interpolated for 100% battery.

Not as insane as some of your posts but I’m very happy with it.
