ps. have any of you nano sim hunters tried Walmart? I keep seeing commercials for their phone section, so maybe they will have them.

I called my local Wal Mart and was almost laughed at. They aren't expecting any iPhone 5's at launch and won't have the Nano SIM's either. We're in a smaller town, so maybe larger cities may be different.

Of course they're going to customize the email. It has the order number; tracking number; your name and address customized. Why would the delivery date be generic?

I belive that because everybody is getting a sep 25 delivery means that's just generic.

The 9/21-9/25 map still applies here.

Pre-ordered Friday afternoon from Rogers
16GB White iPhone 5
Changed to Pending on Tuesday
Shipped Wednesday
Out for delivery today (to rogers store)

Phone 2

Pre-ordered Friday morning from Fido
16GB Black iPhone 5
Stuck at #782 in line even though it was pre-ordered almost 8 hrs before the Rogers iPhone 5....

I'm guessing Rogers is getting the bulk of the stock.

If you live near Heartland in Mississauga, Future Shop is selling Nano SIMS (Fido). Their system wouldn't let me get a Bell one, but Fido worked just fine. Anyone know where I can get a Bell nano SIM near Mississauga?

Go to the wireless wave in square one they've have pretty much every nano sim from the carriers. I got my Rogers sim from there a few days ago.

I'm finally seeing that Telus charged my credit card for the phone on the 14th. The charge hadn't been showing up so far. Still no shipping email, though.

I'm just trying to relax at this point, and keep in mind that it should be here tomorrow.

also just noticed charged overnight from telus backdated to the 14th, no emails or anything yet so still pretty frustrating not knowing wtf is going on. as long as its shipped express and is in province it should arrive tomorrow.

Some of the tweets yesterday from telus support seemed to suggest that you may get the phone before you get the shipping notification.

I consider it a good sign that my CC was charged last night.

Is anyone from toronto getting theirs on the 25th? I ordered mine at 3:30 on teh 14th because the apple store kept saying brb....
My status updated at 3:00 am today to shipped but the date on the Apple store says it was shiped the 16th and ups labeled it 17th.... wtf?
Did something happen?

I really wanted mine on the 21rst

That's because all the iPhones are in Burlington. They came in big pallets and were broken down there. Now they are ready for pickup by UPS and will be delivered for tomorrow.

Everyone's ETA will be September 25th because it is the last date of the range they provided. The date you want to worry about is the one from UPS which will only be generated once they scan your package at pick-up, later today.

They arrived in Canada in a bulk shipment. You'll only see tracking once your individual shipment is picked up by ups.

They'll attempt delivery between 8am and 8pm tomorrow.

I ordered my white 16gb @ 3:17 AM EST. So, my package is either in MTL already or it is in Burlington Ontario.
Regardless, it is on its way

Going for surgery tomorrow and if my rogers sim card does not come, I will pop into the apple store (5 mins from doctor's office!! )

Got the tracking information this morning. It says it was shipped on 17th, I think Apple had UPS not to publish the tracking information until Friday so there is still hope we get it on Friday. btw I am in Montreal (Zone 1)
