I know, was just posting this info because everyone is getting their panties in a bunch because their delivery date says "25th".. They could walk them from Burlington & still deliver tomorrow.

I live in the GTA so burlington makes sense but what about you?
To clarify,
ALL - every single Canadian iPhone order would have arrived in Burlington in big pallets on one large bulk shipment.
From there, the pallet would have been broken down and each individual phone would be boxed and labeled with a tracking number.
From there, UPS will pick up all the packages and get them on their way to Guelph, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Calgary, etc.
Make sense?

No - the reason there was no tracking number is because THE PHONES ARE BEING SHIPPED TODAY.
are you sure Burlington? Everything I've seen points to Concord as the main dist. hub for SW Ontario
Seems like Burlington from what others are saying plus previous things that I've read. Could be concord - theory still hold true though.
Also from a security standpoint you would think that apple would want to use a different warehouse for the iPhones rather than use their normal distribution hub to deter theft.

Finally found a store that was willing to sell me some nano sims. Telephone booth - nice girl said yup and grabbed them, and then suddenly a sales guy ran across when he noticed and said "I don't think we can sell those until tomorrow". He gets on the phone and calls his boss, two seconds later "yup told you we can't sell them". Eff sakes.
He said I have to wait until tomorrow - I asked when it'll be a zoo? He said yeah at 7:30 we'll be selling the Sims and then at 8 we'll sell phones.
What a joke.
Also spoke to koodo - they will have nano Sims tomorrow - and LTE is going live as well.

I believe the Rogers distribution is in Concord, not so much for Apple or UPS.
Mine says holiday shipping. It also says 25th of.September. I ordered around 12:15am. Where do.you guys find your zone? Also where do you see express saver shipping? I'm curious why i didnt get that did you Guys have an option to choose this or was in automatic? I'm in thr vancouver lower mainland i should be elligible for overnight

I ordered my white 16gb @ 3:17 AM EST. So, my package is either in MTL already or it is in Burlington Ontario.

Going for surgery tomorrow and if my rogers sim card does not come, I will pop into the apple store (5 mins from doctor's office!!

The manifest is basically the shipping list. It means the next step is for UPS to pickup all of the packages from Apples warehouse.
I work at a mall in the GTA region & Koodo received a box of iPhone 5's & some accessories... So if your thinking Koodo they got them today & selling them tomorrow
They were trucked in from the states last week and have been sitting in distribution centers up here. Met a security guy who was guarding the trailer from the boarder. He said 4 people guard each trailer and a security team stays with the pallets until ups or the couriers receive them.
He said last year he was stuck at the boarder for 8 hours. G4s was the security company.

I have all of the same information you guys have, so everything seems to be back on track for tomorrows delivery date. It seems like everything is being broken down at the distribution hub in Burlington.
As for people trying to get it held at the depot for pickup, there will be no such luck. As per the UPS website "Note: Prior to the first delivery attempt, contact the sender to request a change in delivery instructions or to correct your delivery address."
I also phoned them this morning and got a very rude lady that basically told me to get lost. She said "we haven't received them from Apple yet, you won't get them tomorrow" which I responded yes I will cause it's an iPhone 5 in there, you'll be delivering it tomorrow
So now it's the waiting game until noon tomorrow, and then I will have the phone in my hand..
Christmas in September, only Apple can do that!
