Just got things worked out! The self-support website came back up. Talking on the new phone now!

Forgot to add, the ups guy told me he delivered 19 iphone 5s (that's right, nineteen) to a single guys house. He had a chat with the guy and he's reselling all of em for profit. No wonder these phones are hard to get!
 
Anyone unable to swap sim cards with Rogers? Been hours and my iPhone 4 still works and iPhone 5 has no service.

That's ridiculous. My one and only iPhone hasn't even come yet, and it's after 6:00! I'm starting to think it's not coming at all tonight. :mad:

I've had the same message on the ATS website since early this morning:
On-Delivery, Vancouver, 2012/09/21 08:11:09

Anyone with this status previously had it delivered? I've been home all day and in view of a front window so I know there's been no attempted delivery.

Yep - me; I think mine actually read On Delivery 08:13 or so. Arrived just after 10:00. Still hope for you, I'd say. Now, if I could only activate mine...:confused:

UPS tells me it's not actually in Prince George, it just appears that way by their reporting. It's still in Vancouver.

Pretty sure they just decided to say "adverse weather" to cover up the fact that they couldn't handle Apple's volume and dont want Apple to know.

I'm going down to the Purolator to pick up my parents Telus iPhone and going to ask why my Apple order didn't make it, cause I am in the same boat as you.

6:30pm I live in Ajax and I have not received delivery confirmation or phone. I ordered at 4:55am on the 14th and the Telus web store help desk just told me my phone is out for delivery but when I called ups they said their driver only deliver until 7pm. :(. Looks like no phone for me today. THANKS TELUS
 
Patiently waiting for my apple.ca order to come from UPS while I work from home. 3:30 now... starting to wonder when it's going to make an appearance. Hopefully at a reasonable hour so I can still pop over to the apple store and get a sim

Got a similar story just now, except the lady i spoke to said the odds of getting it over the weekend are slim to none. My order is apparently still in a warehouse, but they "dont know". Frustrated with the lack of communication, but they knew how to charge my credit card pretty fast.
 
I already got my nano sim and a case (Incase Slider). Loving it so far. Siri directions are great and I don't miss Google maps so far. Loving the bigger screen. It feels a little tall but I can notice a big difference even though its only 0.5" bigger. The screen feels clearer too. Very pleased.

I just spoke to the web store people, and my order (5:45am EST) is apparently still in the warehouse. Guy said it'll probably show up monday, but might come on the weekend. When i asked what the chances are of it actually showing up on the weekend, guy hung up on me. ouch.

Finally got my iPhone ! UPS showed up around 5:51PM EST in downtown Toronto.
NOW IF ONLY "MY ROGERS" WOULD STOP GIVING ME ERROR MESSAGES I CAN SWTICH MY SIM =/
 
Finally broke down and called Telus re: no service. A: person who activated my phone this am Forgot to un-suspend my number from being stolen, B: Now ruled being a deffective SIM card and I need to go to Telus and PAY for a new one. Do we see any logic here? I am now thinking that it is time to go find a bottle of Wine Friday somewhere! lol Have a great weekend all!
