It pisses me off to no end. I wish it would have some sort of designator like every other phone in existence has. AT&T get a fake 4G logo and we can't get a real one? :p or an H+ like RIM has? Bollocks.

On the other hand, LTE is as fast as a ... lets just say I get 40 down, 25 up. Beast. :apple:

Also, does anyone notice this phone charges to full within an hour? Is it just me or do I have pixie dust in my phone?

I use my 10 Watt iPad charger with the Lightning Cable, just under an hour to charge about 15% every 10 minutes.
 
Finally received email from Telus with my tracking number. Yes, it is the same tracking number that I was able to guess on my own and yes, it has been sitting at the depot all weekend. It's marked as out for delivery now.
 
Finally got my telus iPhone. It was shipped on Friday evening and It arrived at my work Saturday but we were closed. Finally have it today. :)

Very disappointed and angry. After reading the posts here, I phoned Telus to be told that there is no record or any info on my order and no phone number I could call. She was sending an email to the order department with my request. Ugh!!

Anyone any ideas how I can find out what is happening in my situation?
 
So this is interesting: After my pre-order debacle/trying to obtain a 5 on launch day. I cancelled my Fido month-to-month contract and went to Rogers.

Called Fido informed them I no longer needed a iPhone 5 and to cancel my reservation. CSR put me on hold for 4-5 mins then came back and said ok your reservation is cancelled.

Just received a text message from Rogers saying my Fido iPhone 5 has shipped. Don't really care as there's no charge for the reservation (CSR already reversed the $40 charge for pre-ordering).
 
Well my Telus iPhone 5 finally arrived. It arrived at 9:30am this morning at my work place. Looks like it was shipped Friday and scheduled to be delivered Saturday, but work is closed on the weekends. I wish I would have known and I would have had it shipped to my house...

Still haven't received my shipment confirmation from Telus.

I had ordered mine from the Telus pre-order page at 7AM EST on the 14th.

Looks like I am a lucky one to receive a scuff free unit.
 
Phone arrived here about an hour ago from Telus. I still don't understand why my phone ordered 12 hours before my girlfriend's was shipped friday night, while hers was shipped thursday afternoon.

My iphone just arrived although I did not receive an email.
 
Just got my email

just got my email from rogers, device just shipped.

Preordered 14th, in the afternoon.
 
There was plenty in stock in FutureShop in North Vancouver. I just purchased a 64G white one last Saturday. All models with black color were in stock. For white ones, only the 64G model were available. But it came with a $50 gift card. How nice!

So I ended with the 64G white, and bought an case with the gift card. Still some money left. :)

I canceled my pre-order immediately.

I'm new to the forum, but i was wondering how long it would take to get my iPhone 5 32GB Black from Fido. I ordered one day after the launch.

Telus Shipping

Does anyone have any information regarding iPhone 5 shipments from Telus in New Brunswick? Has anyone received anything?

Every person I've talked to seems like they have a different story..

Did you have to reserve or pre-order that or did you just stroll in? Also, are there different rules for upgrading/subsidies for business customers?
