It's worked fine for me all day. The only suggestion I can offer is make sure you're putting your postal code is in ALL caps, otherwise it will return the off-contract pricing by default.
No, that doesn't make a difference.
Earlier in the thread, someone quoted Rogers' website which stated that it is broken.
EDIT: It works now. I just entered in my mother's number (she's hoping to get one tomorrow), and it shows her eligible for the discounted price.
