263 kmh

164.375 mph

When I was 20 I owned a 1979 stock 928 Porsche.
No pollution control and no tickets - then,
I hope to trade in a 2005 Porsche Cayenne and pick up a 1990 Ferrari Testarossa.
I'll keep you informed on the top speed and tickets and post a video of the donuts :)

Oh, nearly forgot.

Had my 1966 Covair Corsa HT, 140hp, up to 100 mph, once.

Scared the **** out of me. Never again.

It was hoppin' around something fierce.

It was afterwards, at an lube/oil/filter, that someone noticed they they had failed to mount the front shocks at the factory.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Had a corvair auto once, scary bloddy thing, had the pre-selection buttons to make teh auto thingy work.

shuddderr

about 140Mph in my Carlton GSi 3000 back in my crazy Taxi Driving days (recently tho only up to 235Kmh in my 1.4 Golf GT ;) ) - Yes Bunny loves speed ....

I have a '05 M3. I've hit around 130 MPH on the track. It will go a lot faster but I don't see the need to test it. I like driving the corners of a circuit more than the straights anyway. I drove a 500 HP M6 at BMWs Performance Center in Spartenburg, SC. I wasn't looking at the speedo but I was going damn fast down the front straight towards the carousel. When I was 19 and crazy I hit 135 in my Datsun 240Z -- that was its top end.

Testarossas sell for surprisingly little these days. I would figure the value of that car would have appreciated rather than dropped.

About 30 MPH on my mountain bike (on level ground with a 30-pound backpack full of schoolbooks). :D

Man, your third chain ring must be HUGE! :D

i did 130 mph in my old celica gts... that was scary... i might have gone faster in my impreza, but i dont know because the speedometer ends at 120... but that was all when i was younger... now i rarely go over 90.

120m/hour in a 2003 Chevy TrailBlazer :)
100m/hour in my Nissan

I've laid off recently I've had two warnings of 90 in a 45 so next pull over I lose my license. So when I turn 21 (and I am able to buy my first new car) is when I will break my 120m/hour marker.

I've done 120 (mph) a few times. I've done it in an 07 Subaru Forester and then the other day in my friend's '87 Saab 900 turbo. I should have been able to get another 5 out of it, but my other friend (brother of the owner of the car) thought he remembered his brother mentioning something being a little off with one of the front tires, so I cooled it a bit. I love that Saab so much.

Oh, and I hit 109 in a Prius. I think it had a governor to get it not to go faster than that.

This wasn't top speed, but the batteries died on the camera immediately after taking this photo.

At the Las Vegas Speedway in a CART, I did 180mph laps, on the highway 145mph in a Mercedes SLK, on two wheels, my Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 does 160 to 180mph very easily.

Ah, to be young and stupid. When I was 16, I was driving my mom's 1974 Dodge Dart (had a 318 in it). Man, I miss that car. Anyway, for those familiar with the South Bay Area, I was on the old Monterey Highway (between San Jose and Morgan Hill) where at that time, police presumably never patroled. I don't really know how fast I was going. The speedometer went to 120mph, and I had it pegged. So maybe 130mph?

One reason why I believe in God. Because I don't think even blind luck would have kept me alive that day. :)

i have reached about 95 mph, that doesn't seem like a lot compared to wut others are saying, but i did this in a 6 year old Dodge Caravan with a transmission that completely failed a week later, but we were planning on getting rid of it anyways, lol

As for myself, about 30 mph. I'm still learning to drive. However, my dad and I once went 130 mph in western New Mexico on his BMW 330 several years ago...he bought an M3 yesterday, and with 414 horsepower, it should be interesting to say the least.

lol, theres no where to really go fast where I live (the cops WILL FIND YOU and rape u w/ tickets!!!). realistically, around 100 in my rsx...then again that was about the flow of traffic in that particular area so... woo?

815mph in the Thrust SSC Cockpit Development Simulator in 1996 :)

About 150mph in a Ferrari F355 on a runway in Gloucestershire, and about 110-115 in an FF1600 at Donington, Silverstone and Castle Combe.

I would kill to own a M3...

But for me 130mph in my vR6 GLI... and never again will I do it

Drove my dads friends Lamborghini Gallardo only took it to 70 mph in second gear, too scared to write off a car I don't own.

Had an R34 a couple years back got it to around 130 mph at silverstone.
