Yes, David Pogue, Walt Mossberg, among others have had the iPhone to review. They are under a strict NDA, and the embargo is usually lifted so they can print their reviews.

Ok, So the Leather case is now tracking also from California. So I should get the case and phone at the same time.

What criteria did you use to get tracking info for leather case or did you get a ship confirmation with tracking directly? Assuming this is from Apple?
I've get the phone tracking down finally (it's coming out of Rialto Ca) but using the order confirmation number for case order shows nothing yet.

And click next. You don't have to put in any credit card info. Worked for me. Saved $40.

Anyone in Canada have theirs shipped from Apple?

Also in Canada (Ottawa) and same situation as you - updated on Saturday and nothing since. I'm really hoping that it comes by Friday, but haven't had that experience here in Ottawa with the 4s or 5s deliveries (usually arrived on Monday).

I ordered around 6.30am on Friday EST, still in "Preparing For Shipment" since Saturday.

Estimated delivery - 19th to 23rd Sept.

I can't seeing it being delivered on Friday,with the free shipping option unless Apple the bump up the service. Hopefully Monday!

No references on FedEx.

If it's anything like the iPhone 5 launch we Canadians won't get a tracking number until the day before launch.

As for the estimated 19th-23rd date, that's standard for Canada. If you live in the dark blue part of the map, you'll get it on the 19th. If you live in the light blue, you'll get it later (I'm guessing the 23rd is where you'd get it if you live up in the territories).

I got a nice rep and she updated me about my two orders but no free case. Apple probably stopped that program real quick once they saw this thread.
