I think ours are on the same plane and it would take around 12 hours to fly from China to Alaska. So I think the plane just landed.
everyone who is able to track their item through UPS, did you purchase directly from apple? I ordered off of sprint & no search comes up when using my phone number as mentioned.
My friend was able to track his order from ATT.
my 128gb space grey 6+ showed up on UPS.com finally! tracked with my phone number. mine is also 2.0 lbs!

it was in authorized and boom disappeared (still showed in credit limit I was charged for it)
waited till today and it properly posted to the card statement
anyone in canada that ordered from apple able to track their iphone? mine still says preparing with nothing on ups
Nothing yet for me and the pending charge isn't showing up on my CC anymore. Think it'll be tomorrow before we see anything
Did this change your delivery date in any way? How do you know when you can pick it up?
I finally got tracking information through UPS Track by Reference. I had tried order number, serial number, iPhone number and finally my home number which is the number associated with my credit card. That worked! Also, the charge showed up on my credit card today. UPS says a label was created on 9/15/14. They had the tracking number there. There was a different Reference Number and also the phone number I had entered. It says it is a package weighing 1.9 lbs. (Gold iPhone 6 Plus 128GB) coming from APPLE L015 NPI in Rialto, CA, UPS Next Day Air. Delivers 9/19/14 by the end of the day! I am so surprised mine is coming from Southern California. I live near Sacramento which is not far from Elk Grove, CA, where other iPhones are being shipped from.
Delivery date still the same, It said after 8:00 am I can pick it up. The UPS location I am picking it up from is the main hub for my area, so it will probably get in sometime Thursday night if I had to guess.
My label was created 9/14, but it still says Ready for UPS. I'm assuming there's others in the same boat? Seems like I see many others on here with labels created more recently than that? My delivery date is still 9/19.

Mine is on that plane too. Tracking looks exactly the same, even the hold for pick up. Can't wait until Friday!
Any else with "Preparing for shipment" with a delivery of 9/19 still not showing in My Support Profile, or ups?
So I realized that Apple won't allow you to change the shipping address, but will allow you to pickup at Will Call, unless you're a Sprint customer for some reason, so for anyone that was wondering that's what the situation is.
Finally both of our phones showed up in our support profiles.

2. Week 36 (Sept) Starts with FK and it doesn't know where it came from. Does anyone know which factory is FK?

I have two phones coming. One AT&T and one Sprint. Both are being held for Will Call
Mine just updated with the same Departure time , but I don't know what flight it is, the tracker is only showing flights from Alaska to Louisville.
I ordered a silver 6+ 64GB and gold 6+ 64GB that still show "preparing for shipment" on 9/19 with nothing showing up on UPS or Support Profile.
