beamer 8912 and I got into a fun flame-ish war over this a couple weeks ago. This thread isn't going anywhere.
People are going to do it. No matter how many times we, the 'returners', hear it's immoral or how we're cheating the system and we're disloyal customers of Apple, it doesn't matter. We're going to do it. Whether we knew all along we were going to do this, or, as is my case, we just decided that, since we were provided with a faulty phone and were given the opportunity to return it within the first 30 days, why not? We're taking that money and giving it back to Apple. We're also providing them with a replacement phone for those keeping black that have some issue with theirs. It's a cycle. Let it happen. Nothing any of the opposition says will hinder our decisions to return the phone.
Yeah, youre going to keep doing it until they change their return policy. And then the rest of us get screwed. I like the idea that if Im not satisfied with a product, that I have the ability to return it. I dont want people to abuse the system so much, that they have to change the system. Wal-Mart and Costco had great return policies that people like you ruined.
Eventually if you guys dont stop, Apple will change their return policy, and then were all screwed out of a great and generous return policy.
