So let's make it real

Get a list of all the folks that currently is dealing with this issue.

If it's over 100,000 then it's a good enough number to prove you're talking "fact" and that I'm truly "diverting" by calling out your BS,

You didn't happen to go to trump university did you?

You're still here? I was finished with you a few posts back..

You know who won't ever order another iPhone the first few weeks of it's release? This guy. Always give it a month or so.

Oh, so it's my fault for buying a phone at release date, because Apple didn't want to fix hardware issues (which it had plenty of time to do so)? Nice logic once again.

LOL

In your delusional mind

Go and just hit ignore if you're really real about it and not just stirring up your post count in this, which I honestly dngaf

this guy...

I just took a video using my 7 in a dead silent setting then played it back at full volume, couldn't hear a thing except for a very faint, constant, white noise. This can't be the hissing people are talking about, can it?

I also put my ear to the back of the unit and again, nothing. Is there a better way to reproduce this phenomena?

turn on your camera and have it record a video. Put your ear to the back of the top of the phone.

Or run a game, or any app and do the same..

Fortunately, my iPhone 7 Plus is likely not to have been made as of yet. But I agree, if it's an issue, take advantage of the no questions asked 14 day return policy by Apple. I can understand why this whining noise would be annoying though.

Seriously

I come back with something different besides "you're distracting from the real issue" or your caveman version of "bangs chest"

Honestly man, I already forgot about you... you just seem like you need attention.

I understand that. But you still have the opinion of returning your device and Apple sending you a replacement device when they have the necessary supply in stock. It's unfortunate, but necessary.

lmao. i will be returning my phone for a full refund if the issue isn't addressed with my replacement. But people here clearly blindly defend Apple without logic which i find hilarious. No brains

Really? You still want to exchange for another iPhone? You are either fake or you need to google Stockholm syndrome, honey.

I have had zero noise issues with my 7 plus.

I thought I had a perfect phone, until I heard the hissing. There should be a RECALL immediately! I wouldn't care if it was just a subtle sound you could only hear if you put ur ear to the back. However, this sound gets recorded into any video taken and is LOUD and obnoxious. It sounds like metal crickets/static in the top portion of the back of my phone.. probably an issue with the Intel chip or the new speaker placement.. It literally kills the video taking ability because the sound is riddled with nasty garbage noise... This is a design flaw and Apple screwed up big time. On top of this other people have countless other issues like bad screens, etc. Fortunately I got lucky there.. My brother and every other person I know with a iPhone 7 or 7 Plus have this hissing/static noise issue, along with countless message board posts saying the same thing. I'm returning my phone and waiting for Apple to address this, or I'm going back to the Note 7 as they've fixed the battery issue. They've released a broken product this year. There is no fanboyism here, just realism...

Please guys, stop feeding this troll!! If this was just a hissing issue then he had options to just return it or a get refund. It's laughable that he had gone to a point of making it a recall, while unnecessarily pointing out every flaws the iPhone could possibly have, making mocking remarks while he's at it, and when it couldn't get possibly worst he mentioned Samsung!! Wow, trolling at its finest!!

isn't that what a warranty is for, honey?

So mentioning another brand is wrong? How mature some of you are.. grow up.

Read this post, thought he was smoking crack but decided to press the back of my phone against my ear aaaand it's hissing.

I honestly wouldn't have known had I not read this post, but now I have to obviously get the **** replaced. It's an iPhone 7+ Black 128GB.

Will find out if the 2 other people who purchased with me also have it in the morning.

****. My. Life.

This has got to be a troll thread. I'll give it a 6 on the entertainment value scale.

completely serious. I think it's easy to dismiss threads as 'troll threads' because it doesn't fit in line with your perfect fruity apple world as you used to know it

I'm completely unbiased man. I was just being honest.. I've been buying apple products since the 4 and although the yellow screens have always been an issue, they've been getting worse at QC over the years, and there is laziness that is evident especially with their trickery involved in marketing...
25% Brighter screens? BS... Sapphire Lens Cover? BS.... etc.

He definitely mocking us!! Mods, please close this thread!!!

I think you're doing a great job of it yourself. I'm just presenting facts and what I think is clearly an engineering issue on Apple's side. This I believe is due to the fact that they shoved a speaker in the upper portion of the screen.
