Nice clean site
How did you get the roll over menu effect ?

Thanks

I selected the Text (not the text box). Then in the Inspector I go to the "Link Inspector" and link the the text to a page, then set the colors for rollover under "Format" and I finally ad a drop shadow in the "Graphic Inspector". Adding a drop shadow turns the text to an Image. But I learned this at: http://allaboutiweb.com

My iWeb sites:

The first one is a web comic my household is doing:

http://bellbookandpistol.hostcell.net/

The second is the web page for an IRC RPG game I run:

http://callahansuniverse.hostcell.net/

Both created with iWeb '08. I'll be getting my hands on iWeb '09 and 10.6 soon.

Does anyone know a way to make iWeb use the same image files for all the pages that use the same pictures, you know, a common images folder, instead of each page having their own folders with separate images and css files... It would save a lot of space on my account allotment if I could cut down all the redundancy, but I don't feel up to manually editing everything right now.

Since updating pages with iWeb is so annoying, (FE: line breaks translate to "??" when the site/page is relaunched I have to delete manually...one line at a time) I updated only 1 page, the "News" page today:

Liquor and Poker Skittle Team

My site has evolved over the years and this is where we are at the moment.
Our Skittle team website made in iWeb but the a few added extras.
Home page has a live Twitter feed for on the night updates.
All Stats are updated remotely and produced within Numbers, without the need to open iWeb.
Also the top info (next game) text and fixture pages are updated remotely via my iPhone as is the photo page.

Let me know what you think.

Check and critique guys

Here's my latest...

Please critique presentation and mechanics if you like.

I wanted simple simple simple, but not dumb.

I still want to get around the problem of the page 'flashing/blinking' in between page loads... any sugs? I think the answer might lie in iFrames, but at a loss how to accomplish and keep the same outside 'matting' (w/o reloading) but have the content change in the center from nav button to nav button click.

thx!
