I wasn't going to purchase a new iPad as i felt iOS 5.1 solved many of my issues with the first gen iPad, however, I was walking passed Argos, couldn't resist, so picked up a 16GB WiFi to replace my first gen.
Have yet to take it out of the box, will sort it out once my original iPad is on eBay. Have promised myself to get rid of the old before playing with the new!

Heh, an old van with "Marks Carpets" came down my road (a culdesac) and such is my fervour I watched what he was carrying very closely.
Well got mine, now bored of it.
Screens nice but it's not different enough from my iPad 2 to warrant too much attention.
Hope you guys get yours soon and are more greatful!
It's probably because you've had a whole year to warm up to something very similar, so it's nothing new apart from it being slightly faster and a lot clearer. This will be my first, so you can be I'll be damn happy and bouncing off the walls. It's not going to leave my hands until I go to bed and that's a promise!

Yeah I know, I was just really excited, now i've got it and there's nothing new I can do with it.
However have just noticed that iPhone apps are now using the retina iPhone 4 versions, which is pretty cool!
I reckon cos im not far from the depot ill be last. Been out for delivery since 7:15am and its 3pm now. Im sitting in the chair by the window... so very tempted to fall asleep. Must stop myself.

Never Ever again. I could have walked into Glasgow, got a New iPad, and be home, have it sync'd and working, all before mid day.
Ah well, that'll teach me to try and be prepared I suppose!

Anyone with TNT in Glasgow? G21 area, so pretty close to town, but think TNT Paisley are the local depot.
