Arrived 12.30pm York, UK.

Doesn't fit in an iPad 2 case that a bought, hopefully, for a song on ebay. :(

Feels very slippy after being used to my original ipad in the Apple case. And, of course, doesn't stand up without a case. Off to buy a case ..... :)

No, I'm not really. How could I leave home, I've got a New iPad!!!! :D

I still haven't got mine but hope you enjoy yours!
 
Getting bored of this now - better arrive by 5, don't fancy waiting in the office for it :|
 
Went to track on UPS and got - no tracking information is available... After it went to "out for delivery" at 04:44

Don't see any reason for the change.

Anyone else? Mines coming from the Tamworth depot to the Wolverhampton / Walsall area.
 
iPad just arrived in central London via UKMail from Dartford, on the van since about 7.20 this morning ;-)

How late in the day delivery companies get to me seems to be a good indication as to how many extra units are being shipped (close to the end of the run for most of 'em). Anything after 4 and I expect a rather rapid drop off from a harassed driver as a result of ridiculous numbers of deliveries. 3:35 and counting... :D
 
Mine still has not arrived
Tracking page via Apple store says "in transit to customer - shipment delayed"

Mine just arrived but a bit of an odd experience with TNT: the guy wouldn't let our reception at work sign for it, I had to go and do it. Good job I was free, as reception said he was going to take it away otherwise!

Call Apple and complain. They will force UPS to do whatever humanly possible to get it to your hands today (or at least arrange a Saturday delivery).

So they'll be sending it out on a van of it's own to make up for the mistake and you'll have it within the next few hours..?
 
Mine was delivered before 9 this morning (City of London). A couple of identical parcels were also in reception.
 
Arrived in North Devon, 15.00! Yay! I hadn't really been sitting outside all day waiting...

P.S. haven't played with it yet, as it's syncing, but my WORD is the screen beautiful!
 
Mine arrived about an hour ago too, with my Apple TV arriving 10 mins before the iPad

Now busy redownloading all apps and setting up ATV

Unfortunately can't connect to the work wifi so will have to wait till I get home before setting it up...

Yea, was one of the ones who had it saying Delayed - so there is hope for others who had a 'Discrepancy Scan' from Ugis Lacitis in Birmingham.
 
MInes been on the van since 7:50 am and still isn't here! Depot is 10 miles away. MIght as well gone to the Apple shop instead..
