if it's any consolation I'm in the exact same situation in Colorado. Still has the same 16th delivery date so I'm hopeful
To follow format, 64 gig black 4G sitting in Louisville since Saturday, heading to suburban Boston for Friday delivery. The carrier is UPS and they don't allow for changing delivery until after the first attempt. I had planned to be home all day but that's not gonna happen now. I went on the Apple site and pre-signed for the delivery and have the printout for the front door.
My question, and sorry to ramble, has anyone had a bad experience with this re: the driver not leaving the package? I'm not at all worried about theft but from experience I've found UPS drivers are way less prone to keeping the customer happy than FedEx. And I'm not knocking every UPS driver, either. Just an observation. It's gonna be a long weekend if the driver doesn't follow through.

Mine shows shipped on March 12th, but it's still in "Pick Up" mode, not "In Transit" yet.
Appears to be lounging around in Ontario, California. I'm guessing I'll see an update late tonight but most likely mid-day tomorrow. Then it'll be stalker-fest for me and the Fedex guy on Friday when I leap at anything that sounds like a Fedex truck.

Mine exactly the same thing, made it to US with engraving very quick and has been sitting in KY ever since, still hasn't moved.

ordered a 16 gb att white march 7th about 3:30, shipped out 3/11, my tracking hasnt worked at all since then.
i called apple, they did an investigation. they concluded mine was lost, so they have to send a replacement. wont be here until april 6th really glad i preordered it... NOT. They said there is a a chance i will still get my original order friday the 16h. *fingers crossed*
anyone who is having tracking issues i urge you to call apple.
really crummy i have to go to the end of the lilne on my replacement... when i preorded it within hours of the keynote.
got a free smart cover and hdmi adapter.. wahooo.. even though i would rather just have my ipad i paid for on time..
hopefully fedex just forgot to scan it and its on the right truck, and that it will get scanned soon. I have a feeling that this one "fell off the back of the truck"

My experience is that if you have a letter there they are more then happy to get the package off thier hands and into yours. Carrying the letter back to the office is much easier then unloading and reloading the package.

Of course, this is what FedEx and UPS do. It will fly Thursday night or Friday morning from KY and arrive at your door by the end of the day.
Literally the second I got off the phone with Apple I received an Email saying that my iPad has SHIPPED!

Mine is showing as a little earlier - which is nice - I decided to work from home that day...
FedEx has 3 different times for next day delivery, which these are being treated as even though they are already in position. By the next morning (by 10:30), by the next day (before 3), and by the end of the day (after 3).
If you live a normal distance from a hub your's probably won't move again until late thursday night. As long as mine makes to jersey by 5am it will be in NYC Friday morning.
About the Apple TV's, am I the only one who thinks it won't be nearly as hard to find an Apple TV after it launches than an iPad?Yeah that is the positive spin I'm trying to put on this today.
Picked up by Fedex on the 9th and sitting in Nashville ever since.... Hoping they hedge and release it tomorrow.

the apple number, spoke with a supervisor. but your tracking is working. mine didnt even show up "record not found"
After seeing the advice to call Apple if I had tracking issues i did. They advised that I contact fedex. Talked to them and they said everything is good and that it should be there TOMORROW for pickup! Leaving for vacation at 4:00 lets hope i can get it by noon.
