After seeing the advice to call Apple if I had tracking issues i did. They advised that I contact fedex. Talked to them and they said everything is good and that it should be there TOMORROW for pickup! Leaving for vacation at 4:00 lets hope i can get it by noon.

is your tracking saying "not found " as well??

lol, have been under the impression it was Ontario Canada!! doh...of course Fedex World service center is in California (Ontario), guess thats' where mine is too, phew a little closer so :)
 
Mine exactly the same thing, made it to US with engraving very quick and has been sitting in KY ever since, still hasn't moved.

Will it still make it to FL by Friday?
Same thing for me. I bet tomorrow you will see it move to a different down. Mine will have to go from Kentucky to Dallas today or tomorrow, leave Dallas tomorrow night to get to Lubbock Friday morning, then into my hands!! At least that is what I think, they will have to start moving them today/tonight for March 16th delivery.

Ha, I'm pretty sure everyone's thought that. I've had shipments there before so I only know because of experience.
 
Correction, Ontario, California. My fault for assuming Ontario, CA was Canada. I do a lot of international work, so I typical assume the larger city and always have the country as an extra data point.

but BFizzle got a free smart cover out of complaining. i'm on the same boat. my tracking number is still yielding results of not found.

I'm getting pretty depressed thinking about my lovely new iPad sitting lonely in some dark truck in California...these people have no humanity! :(

yes per the apple supervisor "after 72 hours and still no tracking we issue a replacement an investigation" just explain to the CSR rep that people who have ordered after you have tacking working.


i got two free accesories too! hah

It's not lonely, it's sitting there resting with all the others, since it's going to be getting a major workout on Friday :)
 
now my FedEx tracking says...'by 10:00PM' on Friday??? WTF

Mine too, buddy. It's change 3 times :) Oh well...Friday, Saturday, next week. I don't really care...supply chain management is too complex for me as a consumer to whine about a product being late!

Arrghh

My 3/8 order for a personalized white 32GB has been postponed to 20th ship. Apple send me an email asking me if I would like to opt for a replacement non-personalized iPad for a 16th delivery instead.

I opted for the 16th delivery. But my order page now says my non-personalized iPad is processing for a Apr 6th delivery. Ouch! :mad: But customer care says it will be delivered on the 16th. :confused:

Guys, if you have engraved iPads still on Preparing for Shipment, keep an eye on your email inbox. Apple just gave me 30 minutes to make that decision by email.
