The New iPad Pre-Order Status Thread (USA) - All Models

Took two hours but finally snagged a 32GB Black Wi-fi for delivery on the 16th. What a frigging mess.

After you choose Type / Size / Carrier you wait patiently (there was a 2 minute pause just to go from Size to Carrier in the sexy Flash animation as you wait for it to reveal). Then on the right nav you'll see that floating bar populate with the cart information. You keep using that right nav floating bar to zip through to checkout.

Firefox is NOT working.

I used Internet Explorer, got me right through. LOL.

And if you get to the cart and it punks out or time's out, just hit the BACK button and it'll put you where you were so you don't have to start over again.

Just spoke with someone at a local Apple Store. Yes, pre-orders are shipping only. Guess I will be at my local mall very early next Friday. Thankfully I had scheduled that day off work weeks ago.
 
It took forever but I've finally got my order placed! I bought the new Black 16GB iPad, light gray smart cover, and camera connection kit. I'm so excited! :D
 
Wow, this is getting ridiculous. On the app, got to the submit order page like 10 times and it waits and then sends me back to the submit order page again. I can't even load the store on the PC browser.
 
I just got thru on my phone. I was trying using both my iPhone and my MacBook and I got through on the phone. I have a White 64gig 4g WiFi + 4g unit coming. It should be delivered to where I work on the 16th.

finally ordered mine through the online store. 64gb white with red cover, oh and an apple tv ;)
 
If i ever make it to the final screen and it says I have 5 iPads in my order how do i edit it to one ?
 
I'm not gonna be chilling in this thread much longer, if anyone has questions feel free to PM me...I guess lol. Please don't ask "why does it say service unavailable" or "we are updating" or w/e lol. I don't have too many answers >_>
 
finally got 2 and an aTV. are the smart covers different? could i go see them in store now?
 
Actually ridiculous. Was at the checkout then boom everything crashed and that was over an hour ago. Can't get on nothings working here in the UK. Really annoyed tbh even though its always the same story :/
