Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B176 Safari/7534.48.3)

Mine has shipped as well but curious as to what "indirect signature" means

Its shipping to a business address so the front desk can sign for it.

Means anyone can sign for it validly and receive it: mom, neighbor, yourself. Good if you need to step out for something and leave someone at your house!

The rhyme and reason of this is odd, but I'm sure it makes sense internally. I ordered a 32 GB Black 4G version on Verizon on Wednesday about an hour after the pre-sale first went up (it was down then for awhile again) as well as another Apple TV. The next morning, I ordered another 16 GB wifi only when I saw they were still available for a friend. The 16 GB version shipped on March 9 with the obvious 3/16 delivery, while the 4G version I ordered the day before about as early as you could has yet to ship. It finally switched over to preparing for shipment, but it's been stuck there for a bit now. Apple TV still says processing. I'm not worried about them arriving on time, but I just thought I'd add in my situation for those who may be curious.

Yes

lol You're not getting it tomorrow. It's a Standard Overnight delivery that is on hold. Not sure why they were messing with you like that. Does your delivery date say the 16th?

Yes it does I know I'm not getting it early but a man can dream.

Just got a tracking #, it says March 13 by 3:00 via standard overnight. On FedEx website it says the 16 by 3:00.

Btw my original ship date was suppose to be the 19..:D

I have a question, it seems a lot of ours say before 3PM. Does anyone have any experience, whether through Apple or Fedex Overnight in general, if that time is pretty accurate?

Usually Fedex doesn't hit my neighborhood until after 3PM, but I've never done an overnight. Thanks guys!!

Ships and Delivers March 19??

Does anyone else's status say Ships March 19, Delivers March 19th via Standard Shipping? This seems impossible to me - should I not expect it at all to arrive on the 19th?? If not, when realistically might it arrive...the 21st?

As of now mine still says delivers by March 13th by 4:30pm. I'll know tomorrow morning whether Apple delayed it or not. If it says out for delivery I will ***** a brick.

Just got the tracking number. Says delivered by the 16th. But it's just an advanced tracking number. There is no package history at this time. Friday is on time so that's fine. Excited to see the new screen. Now I want my Mac to have a super high res screen next.

I'm still awaiting a shipping notification. Got my order placed within 30 minutes of the Apple Store coming back online after the announcement for a new Apple TV & a 64GB Black, AT&T iPad.

The iPad says the iPad is Preparing for Shipment, but the Apple TV is still in Processing Items mode. Both still say delivery on the 16th, which I expect to happen.

Still, it would be nice to get the e-mail. Makes me wonder how Apple prioritizes these orders.

Mine was the same, ordered immediately after the store came. Back online, 64Gb, black AT&T. Mine was stuck in 'processing' until Sat. Then moved to 'preparing for shipment' Sat afternoon. Much to my surprise I got my shipped email about 7pm CDT.

I think it might have something to do with the current location of the iPad, your location, and travel time. I would expect that those iPads with the farthest, more complicated routes would be processed first. Just a guess.

At 9:46am I received an email confirmation letting me know that my white Ipad 64GB wi-fi only shipped. Tonight at 8:29pm the status information was finally updated that stated that it was picked up in Nashville, TN today and that it will be shipped standard overnight with an adult signature requirement. It will be delivered on March 16th by 3:00pm.
