iPhone 13 The new Sierra Blue is the best color by far

I saw the Sierra Blue today in a non-Apple retail store today (one that had no natural light inside), and have to say I didn’t like it as much as I thought it would. Would still be my first pick and I think at this stage would prefer it over another 2 years of Space Grey (aka Graphite) but anyways:

It was vastly more silver. I struggled to see where/how blue it was. Maybe in daylight it’ll look better but yeah, I saw a lot more icy / murky grey tones there and found myself wishing it looked more like the baby blue promotional picture above it

UPDATE -

Saw the Sierra Blue for the second time today, this time in an Apple Store that had plenty of daylight (natural light) shining through into the store.

Much much better and incredible how it looked so different from yesterday, i took a pic today:

Looking especially at the camera lens, I love that icy arctic blue. That’s what I’m after. Its so subtle, yet elegant. Awesome - just a slight pity I have to wait until I can return back home from overseas to buy it but I look forward to it :)

I got the Ringke fusion clear case. Just like all my other iPhones. It’s clean.

Mine arrived last night, I haven't opened it yet. I'm going to look at them in store and decide, but from this thread I think I'm leaning graphite.. Guess I have to place a new order and wait.

I ordered the Wisteria Leather case from Best Buy. Had $5 reward, and for some reason they are $49, instead of $59 like everywhere else. It is shipping to me, so who knows how long, lol.

Oh for the record… I noticed the cooler screen out the box on the 13 Pro Max compared to the 12 Pro Max. I’m happy about that. I’ve also did side by side comparison of the notch too just in case some are interested.

If some clear cases, the Sierra Blue is sure looking grey and when the clear skin starts to turn yellow ( if not from Apple), it will be looking horrible.

Hope you don’t regret your decision. I believe one should always stick with their first choice.

You are going to use a clear case to enjoy the color or you will be rocking the phone with a case?

There’s been plenty of stock all day on and off in all London stores. You simply check the upgrade programme stock levels reserve and when you turn up tell them you want to pay cash/exchange - they don’t care/mind.

Flicking between options, I’ve even seen 1TB devices today.

I’m not playing the colour game again this year outside of this exchange. I will keep it and rock it without a case as I have AC+. I love graphite but had that colour (grey) since the iPhone 8 so the change is welcomed.
