128gb Model is Very Probable Also!
That sounds about right to me but with so many new possible features, I think apple will give it a 128gb model since it will be a better gaming device.

I dont think so. If they did they would probably be forced to price it at at least $499. I would say around $600 truthfully which is alot of cash to blow on a MP3 that could easily be lost, stolen, or broken.
678 is a lot of posts, I think we have covered mostly everything of what the new touch will have in store for us.

As the the thread title infers, this thread is about the "Next iPod Touch", which doesnt only apply to the 4G, it will apply to every "New iPod Touch" until the iPod Touch is done for.

Number 2 i can answer, the unnoficial im waiting for Arrandale part, was soo long, it was split into 7 parts before the release of teh Arrandale processors in the macs, Few months ago.
MikeI never said that. I said it need to have a back camera to COMPLETE facetime, i never said it wouldnt be facetime without a back camera.
If there is a 3G option, which i doubt, there should be GPS.
I dont think a 8GB/16GB will happen for the 4G....
I thought it already had 802.1n wifi. If not then it needs it.
It should be shipped with 4.0.1. Is 4.0.1 really just iOS4 except completely compatible with the iPhone 3G/3GS? Does it have full compatibility with the iPod Touch 2G/3G?
it does not have 802.11n. i cant upgrade my ipod touch 3g to upgrade to 4.0.1 so i think its iphone only.

I wasnt planning on it. I was thinking about beating it in the iPod Touch forum.
K, allen. You can only have one poll per thread and you have to have created the thread. If you are creating a thread then you will scroll down and there will be a checkbox saying "do you want a poll" and you check it, and then it will guide you through it. As mentioned before this will be a thread for the upcoming touches, that applies to the 4G, 5G, and however other many G's there are.
Im sure in the gap between releases, this thread will get moved to the wasteland and will be abandoned, thus you will have to start a new thread for the release of the 5G 6G and so forth.

The reason iPod touch is able to have twice the capacity is it's able to fit 2 memory chips because the iPod doesn't have the cellular phone chip and in turn in it's place goes a memory chip.
