I've got a couple of bottles of Kronenbourg in the fridge so I'm sorted too I prefer Peroni though, to be honest.Applespider said:So far my intake of Peroni has matched Italy's goal scoring in each game I've watched. I have 8 in the fridge tonight just in case!

To be honest, normally I'd be backing Italy too my support for France stems simply from the fact that they and Mexico were my two picks in the work sweepstake. If France are runners up, I get £20 but if they win I get £50. My loyalties are easily bought...![]()

All kidding aside, it is quite astonishing the complete decline of coverage of the World Cup on the commercial networks after the Aussie's campaign was over. Hardly surprising and thank god for SBS.Chundles said:It's a joke Joyce.

With a coach as a professional actor, there has to be some drama. Score goes 1-1. Looks like it's heating up.gekko513 said:1-0 Already. Lots of drama so far. The penalty did actually seem like a dive on the replays.
The defender moved to tackle the player at two points, but pulled away both times. On the replays it didn't look like there was contact, but live it most certainly looked like it, so I don't blame the judge.
